Queria gostar e esperava gostar, especialmente com o quanto eu tinha ouvido falar sobre isso décadas atrás ao chegar em Utah.Ficamos no Chateau Villas. • Quarto era limpo, mas datado e cheirava a gases, como se não tivesse sido aberto em meses. • Os lençóis tinham um cheiro muito forte de cloro. • Colchão era confortável por cerca de 3 horas e depois não era, então eu acordava e não conseguia voltar a dormir. • Apenas um conjunto de cobertores apesar de haver um quarto e um sofá-cama. • A porta do pátio não trancou. A fechadura girou, mas não entrou no batente da porta. Isso foi desconcertante. • Fonte no terreno do resort estava entupido com algas e cheirava mal. • Meu marido tentou encontrar algo na TV quando estávamos fazendo uma pausa dentro de casa e não havia canais. • A comida nos restaurantes da área era pesada com porções grandes e era imprevisível se teria sabor.Nós apreciamos que a unidade tinha ar condicionado funcionando e silencioso! Além disso, apesar de haver vários grupos de hóspedes que eram muito barulhentos no local, era pacífico e tranquilo à noite. A equipe também foi útil. Zermatt simplesmente não era a experiência sofisticada que eu esperava.

Wanted to like it and expected to,especially with how much I had heard about it decades ago upon arriving in Utah.We stayed in the Chateau Villas. • Room was clean but dated and smelled of off-gassing, like it hadn't been opened in months. • Bedsheets smelled way too strongly of chlorine. • Mattress was comfortable for about 3 hours and then it wasn't, so I would wake and couldn't fall back asleep. • Only one set of blankets despite there being a bedroom and a sofa bed. • Patio door didn't lock at all.The lock turned but it didn't go into the doorframe. That was disconcerting. • Fountain on the resort grounds was clogged up with algae and smelled bad. • My husband tried to find something on TV when we were taking a break indoors and there were no channels. • The food in the area restaurants was heavy with oversized portions and it was hit or miss as to whether it would have flavor.We did appreciate that the unit had functioning and quiet air conditioning!Also,despite there being several groups of guests who were very loud on the grounds, it was peaceful and quiet at night. The staff was also helpful.Zermatt just wasn't the upscale experience I expected.

Depois de alguns dias de visita ao SLC, procuramos um lugar agradável para descansar. Encontrei o lugar interessante no meu aplicativo Wyndham. A troca de pontos foi excelente.O resort é muito bom. O nosso quarto era grande, confortável e moderno com um toque suíço.Dirigimos por uma estrada próxima ao canyon de pinheiros de perto do hotel sobre a montanha até a cidade do parque para uma visita rápida. Há um parque estadual e muitas trilhas com estacionamento e banheiros.Esta é uma área muito agradável, longe do aglomerado de park city, mas perto o suficiente para uma visita rápida.

Zermatt is a lovely resort with beautiful old European style and decor. The staff were all very helpful and professional. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The buildings and landscaping were all very nice too. The catered lunch was delicious!

After visiting SLC a few days we looked for a nice place to settle down for a rest. I found the interesting place on my Wyndham app. The point trade was excellent. The resort is very nice. Our room was large, comfortable and modern with a Swiss flair. We drove a near by pine canyon road from near the hotel over the mountain to park city for a quick visit. There is a state park and many trail heads with parking lots and rest rooms. This is a very nice are away from the cluster of park city but close enough for a quick visit.

This is a review purely for a spa experience - I did not stay at the hotel.The most important component is obviously the actual service - I got a facial and my husband a massage. We were both absolutely blown away by how incredible the therapists were. 12/10 recommend!!!However, the other part of what makes a good experience is the flow of a spa. This spa is incredibly disjointed, the lockers / shower is on one level, the actual spa / treatment rooms are on another level, and the pool / hot tub is somehow on another level of the hotel. And we actually never found where the steam room / sauna was because we ran out of time traveling around the hotel lol.This DEFINITELY took away from the relaxation and flow you’d expect from a spa experience.The other disappointing aspect was 1) there is literally only one shower available for use in the ladies locker room 2) the shower is also in the same room as a toilet and sink 3) towels aren’t provided - you have to ask 4) there is no where to put the towel in the bathroom/shower room except on top of the toilet (gross)This spa (minus the treatment center) needs a complete renovation and expansion.But, again, the service was amazing.

No geral, tive uma experiência muito boa aqui. A equipe nos cumprimentou rapidamente e o quarto era limpo e bem decorado. A decoração tem temática suíça e é muito bem feita. Gostei bastante de ficar aqui.Duas coisas que não eram necessariamente culpa do Hotel eram menos que ideais.1) Pedi para carregar meu veículo elétrico e uma das pessoas da recepção disse que eu poderia encontrar o engenheiro de manutenção no galpão de manutenção no estacionamento. Após 15 a 20 minutos de espera, ninguém chegou. Isso foi frustrante.2) Encontrei um amigo no bar e pedimos uma pizza, que demorou 45 minutos para chegar. Isso é um absurdo. Estávamos quase prontos para sair quando a comida chegou.

Nós ficamos em uma casa de cidade de três quartos que era lindamente dividida e limpa; todos em nossa festa de três famílias ficaram satisfeitos e felizes com as comodidades. Todos os quartos ficavam no andar de cima e eram acessados por uma escada longa e íngreme. Havia três banheiros, uma grande cozinha e sala de jantar com uma longa mesa que acomodava confortavelmente três famílias com seis crianças, uma lavanderia e uma sala de teatro secretamente escondida. Além das acomodações incríveis, fomos autorizados a usar todas as comodidades do resort de Zermatt - como as piscinas cobertas/externas (que fizeram um grande barulho com toda a festa), a sala de jogos e fliperama, a academia, etc. estacionamento no local. Ao todo, esta estadia idílica no pitoresco resort suíço no sopé de Midway, Utah, foi fantástica! Vamos ficar aqui novamente no futuro!

Este lugar parecia mágico quando chegamos e demos uma volta. Então decidimos almoçar no café aqui. Connie é tão legal, mas pizza era a única opção quente disponível. Felizmente eu gosto de pizza e estava bom como ela disse. Além disso, eles tiveram alguns agarrar e ir. Depois fomos para a piscina. Pelo menos 25 crianças na piscina e correndo ao redor da área da piscina. Todas as cadeiras tinham toalhas. As crianças estavam fora de controle e saímos e fomos para o quarto. Depois de um banho de baixa pressão em um banheiro elegantemente decorado, decidimos dar uma olhada na padaria da propriedade. Infelizmente, esta foi a maior decepção, pois a maioria dos itens de padaria estava esgotada e havia tantas crianças selvagens e bebês chorando que era indutor de dor de cabeça. Eu amo crianças e criei 7, então eu entendo, mas essas crianças não estavam sendo verificadas.Meu conselho para este adorável resort: tenha uma pequena seção e piscina apenas para adultos (sim, adicione um bar à beira da piscina e outra padaria real da qual poderíamos nos gabar!)

Mejor imposible.Piscinas restaurantes canchas de mini golf. Y muchas cosas más. Hermosas vistas. Buena comida. Excelente habitación. Piscinas térmicas. Etc. Buena atención y listo para unos días de calma.

Overall I had a very good experience here. The staff greeted us quickly and the room was clean and well appointed. The decor is swiss themed and is very well done. I enjoyed staying here quite a bit. Two things that were not necessarily the Hotel‘s fault were less than ideal. 1) I asked to charge my electric vehicle and one of the front desk people said I could meet their maintenance engineer by the maintenance shed in the parking lot. After 15 to 20 minutes of waiting nobody arrived. That was frustrating. 2) I met a friend at the bar and we ordered a pizza, which took 45 minutes to arrive. That’s absurd. We were almost ready to leave by the time the food arrived.

This place felt magical when we first arrived and took a walk around. Then we decided to get lunch at the cafe here. Connie is so nice but pizza was the only hot option available. Luckily I like pizza and it was good just like she said. Other than that they had some grab and go. Then we went to the pool. At least 25 children in the pool and running around the pool area. All chairs had towels on them. The kids were out of control and we left and went to room. After a low pressure shower in an elegantly decorated bathroom, we decided to check out the on property bakery. Unfortunately this was the biggest disappointment as most bakery items were sold out and there were so many wild kids and crying babies it was headache inducing. I love kids and raised 7 myself so I do understand but these kids were not being checked. My advise to this lovely resort: have a small section and pool for adults only ( yes, add a poolside bar and another real bakery we could brag about!)

We stayed in a three-bedroom town home that was beautifully apportioned and clean; everyone in our three-family party was pleased and happy with the amenities. All bedrooms were located upstairs and accessed by a long, steep staircase. There were three bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area with a long table that sat three families with six children comfortably, a laundry room, and a secretly tucked away theatre room. Besides the amazing accommodations, we were allowed to use all the Zermatt resort amenities - like the indoor/outdoor pools (which made a big splash with the entire party), the arcade and game room, the gym facility, etc. There is plenty of on-site parking. All in all, this idyllic stay in the scenic Swiss resort among the foothills of Midway, Utah was fantastic! We'll be staying here again in the future!

Um lugar incrível escondido em Midway, Utah, ao longo da Cordilheira Wasatch! Belas paisagens e o resort parece pertencer aos Alpes Suíços. Parou e visitou o local enquanto dirigia para o Wasatch State Park. O ambiente interno realmente deu aquela vibe de montanha. A equipe foi muito simpática e, embora isso fosse apenas uma parada ao longo do caminho, eles compartilharam atividades e locais para ver e fazer. O lounge é lindo e a área externa tinha uma vista deslumbrante. Parou na padaria antes de voltar para a estrada e isso foi uma surpresa muito agradável. Comprou alguns doces e um sanduíche na saída. Todos os produtos assados pareciam incríveis!

A pretty awesome place tucked away in Midway, Utah along the Wasatch Mountain Range! Beautiful scenery and the resort looks like it belongs in the Swiss Alps. Stopped and visited the place while taking a drive to the Wasatch State Park. The ambience inside really gave that mountain vibe to it. Staff was very friendly and even though this was just a stop along the way, they shared activities and sites to see and do. The lounge is gorgeous and the outside area had stunning views. Stopped in the bakery before heading back out on the road and that was a real nice surprise. Bought a few pastries and a sandwich on the way out. All the bake goods looked awesome!

Nos hospedeamos en una Chateau Villa de un cuarto, y fue perfecto para nuestra familia de cuatro. A mis hijos les encantó la piscina, el carrusel, y las cabras. El personnel fueron muy amables y servicial tambien.

Zermat Resort se ubica entre las Montañas Wasatch en un sitio precioso que se parece harto al campo Suiza. Hay dos restaurantes y dos piscinas. El gimnasio es amolio. Las habitaciones son sumamente limpias y el servicio es bien agradable. Yo con mi familia nos hospedamos allí al menos una vez al año.
