“Equipa muito atenciosa e simpática, sempre disponível para ajudar são 5*. No entanto com o motivo do COVID19 os serviços no quarto do hotel diminuíram, minibar vazio, sem utensílios para chá ou café... claro que pode sempre pedir que eles levam as bebidas, mas num hotel de 3* também o fazem e eventualmente ficará mais barato (motivo por não dar 4* na avaliação). Limpeza e higienização muito boas e pequeno almoço bem servido e em cumprimento com a segurança recomendada pela DGS. Acesso à piscina controlado por medidas de segurança, sem causar constrangimento.”

“Las habitaciones bien, pero el servicio bastante deficiente, sobre todo para cenar. Nos sirvieron las cervezas en vasos plásticos por si se rompían los vasos, eso nos explicaron cuando reclamamos. El resto de las mesas que estaban en la terraza tenían copas de cristal. Al día siguiente volvimos a comprobar y todas las mesas al lado de la piscina tenían copas de cristal. Muy mal.”
