“No hay servicios, puedes usar la piscina de al lado, pero nadie te dice eso. Ruidoso, descuidado, habitación pequeña. Actualmente en construcción importante y no se nos advirtió. Alquilado a través de Newport Travel. Ascensores lentos y cuando uno de los 2 se cerró por el día, ni siquiera se molestaron en poner carteles para decirles a los huéspedes que estaba fuera de servicio. La cocina estaba incluida, pero no estaba equipada con suficientes suministros para cocinar mucho y tuvimos que limpiar las cosas antes de usarlas. La combinación de lavadora y secadora es agradable, pero estaba sucia y es ruidosa hasta el punto que suena rota. Los números y el volumen del control remoto de la TV no funcionaban y el hombre de mantenimiento simplemente dijo que usara las flechas y se ocupara de ello. Los muebles y las superficies están manchados y son viejos. Moho en el techo de la ducha. Ventajas: En el lado positivo, la cama era cómoda y la vista era preciosa. Estás a solo unos pasos del océano. Disfrutamos de nuestra estancia a pesar del lugar.”

“The view is spectacular but the downsides are parking spot ($35 a day if I'm not mistaken), parking was only available at other location, you have to pick up and drop off the keys at other location as well. There was a lot of confusion at first. Make sure you call them so they can provide you with everything you needed to know beforehand. I wouldn't recommend this place for the elders. I think it's too much moving around if you are new to the place and not bale to walk much.”
