“Lugar céntrico en Puno. Permite llegar rápidamente a restaurantes, supermercados y lugares turísticos. Hay muchos oficiales de policía cerca del hotel, por lo que resulta seguro desplazarse en sus alrededores. El servicio de Wifi, así como el desayuno que sirven son muy buenos. Me atendieron muy amablemente e incluso me ayudaron a contactar a mi agencia de viajes para resolver un pequeño inconveniente. Además, guardaron mi equipaje desde mi salida hasta que llegó por mí el carro de la agencia de viajes. Muy agradecido.”

“The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. The walls are paper thin and in the winter the hotel is not warm. Even with the extra blankets provided I couldn't get a good night's sleep. Nights in Puno are rarely above 5°C so I wouldn't have thought this would have been a problem. The complimentary oxygen and coca tea was nice.”
