“Muy buena experiencia, con algunos detallitos. Muy buen desayuno, quedamos completamente satisfechos. El estacionamiento no es exclusivo del hotel, es gratis, pero es de la plaza en general. Se tiene que sacar un boleto nuevo cada vez que se tenga que salir. Ojalá mejoren esto para reducir el consumo de papel. La llave es una tarjeta y se utiliza en el elevador y en las puertas de los cuartos, fallaba en el elevador derecho, tuvimos que solicitar verificación de nuestras tarjetas porque fallaba bastante y no permitía activar el elevador. Los pisos superiores son sólo accesibles por elevador. El personal muy amable, siempre saludaban y eran atentos a nuestras necesidades. Los cuartos eran pequeños pero contaban con lo necesario para descansar y prepararse para el día. Café y té gratis 24 hrs.”

“Mixed emotions here. On one side, this hotel has a great location. Since is right in the middle of the mall, you can easily go get dinner and a snack, do some shopping, go to the supermarket that is in the mall and super close to the doors, get Tim Horton's coffee and never need a car to do that. They have lots of security measures, they do a questionnaire, temperature checks, spray your bags every time you come back, the antibacterial gels, etc. We were nicely welcomed and everything went pretty smoothly. On the other hand, as soon as we get to the room, we found long hairs in a pillow. So every safety measure goes out the window and we suddenly felt not so safe. Hairs in a pillow means the room has not been throughly cleaned, especially during a pandemic, when that is super important. Then, the transportation situation. The hotel is still advertising this amenity, which is that they drive you anywhere in a 10km radius for free. It was one of the reasons why we chose them. One receptionist told us it was still working, and to just let them know 10 minutes before we needed the service. The other receptionist flat out refused, citing pandemic reasons. So all this confusing information ended up not giving us the service we specifically chose the hotel for. They need to mention the service is no longer available, as they mention any new restriction.”
