“This is a beautiful hotel. Excellent service, good food, and a relaxing spa. I came here for a week-long business trip and was so glad my staff selected this hotel. The rooms are relaxing and very clean. I arrived at 5:00 a.m. and initially didn't get the room I had requested because I think they were just trying to get me into a room so I wouldn't have to wait around all day. When I went back to get it straightened out, Abraham Jimenez, one of the supervisors, was incredibly helpful. He ended up putting me in the Presidential Suite, which was amazing. The views were gorgeous, and the suite was so spacious. Everyone throughout the hotel was incredibly accommodating and friendly. I tried all of the restaurants and room service during my stay, and all the food was delicious. On my last day, I decided to go to the spa. It was on par with some of the best spas I have been to. I got a body wrap, a massage, and a facial, and all were excellent. I spent time in their relaxation lounge and felt so rejuvenated by the time I left. Overall, the Costa Rica Marriott Hotel Hacienda Belen did not disappoint. I'm so glad I'm opening an office around the corner so that I have an excuse to stay here in the future!”

“We loved this hotel and our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is large and has lots of things to explore. Beautiful sparkling pools, restaurants, bars, a spa, walking trails, and the wifi isn't terrible. Both my husband and I made Zoom calls for work with video and had decent connectivity. The staff is friendly and speak English, which is handy for those without a grasp on Spanish. Overall, we loved our stay here.”
