We found it hard to find initially and we couldn't get slightly early check in but they let us park so we went bowling next door. When we checked in the room was great - clean, quiet - and we went to the bar. The bartender is a real character and he worked hard; I don't know what the other girl was doing but he did all the work and needs a waitress to support him. Beer was pricey but that's the norm in airport hotels.

Parking is inconvenient, since there are very few in the front of hotel and there is an extra parking fee! The rooms do not come with microwaves or refrigerator’s automatically. You have to ask for them and good luck with that, cause they may not work! The staff was not welcoming or very friendly upon our arrival. The keys we received for our room didn’t work 2x during our stay, which was a hassle as well! I did however enjoy the food at the bar/mini restaurant within the hotel! The server was attentive and warm. The room was ok and bed was comfortable. Probably won’t stay here again.

I was in San Jose for a volleyball tournament with my family, and we wanted to stay at a hotel close by the tournament. This hotel was basic at best. If you like amenities, don't stay here. The staff were friendly and I like the fact that there is a restaurant on site. If you just need a clean place to lay your head and a shower, then look no further.

We had an excellent stay. The room was nice, staff was courteous and accommodating, and very gracious. The Hanger food was good, and the bar/lounge was perfect… Arturo was bartender extraordinaire and also served food in the evenings. My sister and our 91yr old Mother and I would stay again, and highly recommend.

This hotel is nice.... My experience was I checked in at midnight and there was an insane line (which no one could probably predict ) but my issue is the parking isn't convenient at all. I have two kids and we had luggage so having to park in a parking garage and hike across that and then the hotel want ideal. The room was fine but the size of the beds were full size not queens so it made for tight sleeping arrangements. The staff was friendly, location was good so overall I'd say three star.
