“The Grand Hyatt Bogota is a truly 5 star hotel from start to finish.
All of the staff from the doormen to the housekeeping to the front desk and management are all well trained, professional are there at all times to make sure your stay is the best it could possibly ever be.
The Hyatt management at this hotel is the best that you will find, they are professionals at solving any issues that may arise during your stay and will not quit until you are completely satisfied.
The rooms are spacious, very quiet and have excellent views of the mountains and city.
The internet speed and stability is excellent and the workspace area is very good.
The restaurants and the breakfast buffet are all excellent. The servers are the best at what they do.
The hotel also has a fitness center, a beautiful swimming pool, nice lounge chairs, a jacuzzi, a steam room, a dry sauna and a personal locker area.
I wanted to commend housekeeping service, they are the absolute best I have had anywhere in the world and truly care about their profession with a passion and it is truly appreciated.
The location is good as it is a short walk to the nearby mall with many good restaurants, shopping and a full size grocery store. A nice little park fronts the hotel and is nice for sitting or walking.
I would definitely recommend and look forward to returning. This is one of the better hotel experiences that you find in the world.”

“The hotel has luxurious facilities and great mountain views. And most staff are friendly with smiling faces. The only reason why I can't give 5 stars is that the food served at the lounge wasn't that good enough considering the high accommodation costs. And plus, we kept hearing some kind of a muffled banging sound from upstairs at night so that we couldn't sleep soundly. I guess it was because we were close to the restaurant on the 13th floor.”
