“I have been a Hilton member for years now. I have stayed at a lot of Hilton hotels. This is the first time I have felt like I needed to write a review. Very poor experience and would not recommend this place to anyone. The manager that was working on Nov 11, 2022 was rude and helpless. We had a situation booking the room in the app so I called customer service and they transferred me to the hotel. The price on the app was $199 a night and since the app locked me out she said that she can only give me the current price of $379!!! And that if I didn’t want to pay this amount just deal with the app situation myself. We ended up staying in a nearby Hilton since I was not going to stay there with that kind of customer service. All in all, the worst experience I have ever had with a Hilton hotel. Nice looking hotel but please don’t stay there! Terrible customer service!”

“Nothing special for the price. Had an OK view. Was charged $5 for one bottle of water at the front desk. Drinking water didn't seem to be available anywhere else. No vending machine for other options. I'll stay somewhere else next time. The check in lobby and bar area look nice though.”
