“There are signs everywhere describing their dedication to cleanliness, but I found lots of things left dirty. One morning #1 I discovered the Keurig was covered in dust and the shelf it rested on was worse, I moved them so the staff could clearly see it. They just put everything back without wiping anything. The public restrooms in the conference area were also unkept. The toilets had awful build up, soap dispensers empty, empty seat coverings. I was very disappointed for the price of the stay.”
