Embora fosse difícil fazer uma reserva para um restaurante buffet, eles responderam sem problemas e, claro, as medidas de controle de infecção foram tomadas adequadamente, mas como esperado de um hotel internacional, havia pratos de vários países e parecia que eu estava comendo fora do país. Meu neto ficou muito satisfeito, principalmente o hambúrguer grelhado na hora, e ficou satisfeito com o sabor. Fiquei grato que o preço foi descontado registrando-se como membro no local. O quarto também estava disponível com pressa, o quarto era divertido a um preço razoável, e meu neto ficou muito satisfeito, e a equipe foi gentil e me cumprimentou com um sorriso. Muitos serviços por menos da metade do preço dos hotéis Disney, obrigado

This hotel has a great garden pool. ( which you need to book with the garden pool plan— directly through the reservations desk because it’s not on the English site) Staff are friendly. Gym / indoor pool good. Spa is tiny but somehow there’s always room to use. Unfortunately, our visit was tainted by our ‘upgrade’ to the celebrio lounge. For an extra 5000 yen per night per person (4 of us so that’s 20,000 yen) we got a room on the top floor with access to the lounge. What a con. Saturday was overbooked. Seems like the ‘upgrade’ is regularly suggested as people check in. Lounge open all day. Food is limited to ham and cheese sandwiches / pretzels / dry cookies / candy for the majority of the day with soft drinks. It was a very poor selection and insulting really Alcoholic drinks and more food ( the same everyday // not that much selection // not really delicious ( guacamole out of a huge container with chips are an example of what’s on offer). are only available from 5:00 to 7;00. Because they were overbooked on Saturday , tables were placed outside the lounge and the line was huge!!!!! Everyone was stressed. Lounges are meant to be relaxing / luxurious experiences. This was not. IT is the worst executive lounge we’ve been to. They could easily make it better and still make a profit. Why can’t drinks be available the whole day? Why not a few signature cocktails? What can’t more food be available? Why not variety??? I suggest the owners go to other lounges and up their game. We could have used that 20,000 yen per day to get a decent meal with plenty of cocktails at any of the nearby restaurants . We loved the staff and felt sorry for them having to smile at what is not their fault.

Good stay, fairly inexpensive but despite what their website says ... You are not guaranteed Disney tickets if you book this hotel. You can get them from here, but you'll have to argue considerably to do so.

We were excited to visit Japan, commonly known as the Land of the Rising Sun, for the first time to enjoy its numerous tourist spots and learn more of its people, history and culture. The first thing we experienced when we arrived was their much touted hospitality at the welcome party they hosted for us. It was filled with warmth, genuineness, fun, food, plenty smiles and greetings when we checked-in to the hotel for the night after our touchdown at Narita International Airport. Their touching show of gratitude, the morning after, made our day as its staff in full array assembled to bid us farewell as if we were royalty or dignitaries thus bringing our transient camaraderie to a happy end.

This place is fantastic extremelycourteous and awesome staff if you'reand English speaker, they have plenty of capable staff to assist you. The jungle room is totally worth it kids loved every last second of it.The disney tram that takes you to the park is right outside the hotel like a short walk maybe 3 min. You're only one stop awayfromDisney sea 🌊Ok so my only gripe is I wish therewas variety in the buffet menu. With that said, we did eat off the buffet menu and the food was fantastic. That's not to say we didn'tenjoy the buffet just variety throughout the week would be nice.On to improvements, I understandthe Hilton is an upscale place to stay but, for something located to Disneyland something for children to do i.e. a playground or park for them to burn off that remaining energy would be nice. Indoor playground, jungle gym, or outdoor playground. Anyway enough of that piece.Another good thing is proximity tothe airport there is an bus shuttle service which is fairly cheap. Also it's not to expensive to take a taxi into to Tokyoproper for a trip to (Team Labs Borderless) or (Diver City Mall) both are worth it and thelatter has a giant Gundam and plentyof shops to visit.All in all the Hilton lives up to its name its an amazing resort 10/10 would stay again.

I was using some free nights as a Hilton H Honors member. I was pleased to have an upgraded room and free parking and wifi. The room easily accomodated 4 people with twin beds for everyone. The hotel had a free shuttle to Maihama station 3 times an hour, and also was very convenient being only a short walk to the monorail station. Breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed our stay!

Top Hilton Hotel experience I have ever had! Would recommend this Hilton Hotel to everyone. Bus runs from airport to hotel. Staff were super friendly and even greeted me in email prior to our trip to make sure we knew what to expect. Food at restaurant and lounge area was amazing. Even the presentation of the food was perfect. Very close to train station, bus runs like clockwork. Easy walk to Disneyland tram as well. Hotel management even checked in on us throughout our 10 day stay to see if we were doing okay. Would stay here again and again!

Location and staff are amazing. Breakfast was the best here than any other Hilton I have ever stayed. Rooms are a bit dated, but the overall experience makes up for that.

We chose to stay here after a day of Disney. They have a buffet and dine in restaurant open for dinner for people like us, who check in after the Disney Park visit. The pace was spacious and clean. In the morning, we had some pool time before checking out. I wouldn't mind coming back here again.

Seems different expatiation the hotel. Maybe just sleeping only . the facility and style is simple. IF use more Disney theme will more attractive and keep memories. I will suggest dinner outside or station will be better because have use free shuttle bus. Stay hotel cost not more worth for family extra expense

Recomiendo el hospedaje porque está a una estación del parque del Disney en tren. La habitación es muy cómoda para una familia con chicos. No tiene máquina lavar ropa.

La gente es muy amable, todos te ofrecen su ayuda y siempre te saludan cuando pasas! Un lugar acojedor y los cuartos están espectagular. También es un buen lugar para hospedarse si quieren visitar los parques de Disney. Hay transporte que te lleva a los parques. También el buffet esta muy bueno para ir a desayunar y cenar!
