“Se você está reservando isso porque eles têm um serviço de transporte e perto do aeroporto, não faça isso. Eles compartilham um serviço de transporte com o Hampton Inn e se você está pensando em uma reserva de última hora, não será isso, pois o serviço de transporte estará lotado. O feriado, Hampton, chili's e Dennys têm uma pequena área fechada de segurança (não armada), o que é bom. Eles não podem reservar um quarto para você sem falar com as reservas e as reservas não atendem ou desligam na sua cara.”

“Don’t stay here! I stayed here because I stayed in Guanajuato city holiday inn and loved it! Here they steal from your rooms when you are gone! They don’t have a safe in the room. I stayed there for 5 days because I had surgery in Guadalajara. On the day of my surgery since I was going alone, I decided to leave $2,200 in my suitcase wrapped in some undies, when I came back it was gone but since I was still groggy from surgery I didn’t check right away. The next day I left for another hotel and when I was unpacking I looked for my money and it was gone! I went back to the hotel to talk to the manager and explained he said it could have been in the other hotel but I’m positive it was not because I never lost sight of my luggage there. That day I left for surgery at 6.30 am and the maid went in my room like an hour after that I told the manager that was when she took my money but he said they check every morning but that’s a lie I was there 5 days and they only checked the first day. There was proof she was in the room after I left for surgery but he said she has been working there 8 years as he has never heard of people working in their jobs for 30 years and stealing from their employers. Also, the hotel is stinky the hallways smell like a dead animal the furniture is dirty in the lobby and the rooms, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!”
