“Surrounded by dark streets in in the Sants region of Barcelona you are greeted by a warm blue light emanating through large sliding crystal clear glass doors from a very comfortable lounge area. A small unassuming reception desk is manned by Alex who has very good command of English and is patient with my Spanish. Very friendly, offering to reserve a cab for the morning. Extremely clean and modern. Double twin room was roomy with an adequate sized glass desk from which to work. Loved the disappearing closets. Cool. Plenty of outlets where you need them. It would have been nice to have usp ports somewhere in the room ( a minor miss). Breakfast buffet featured fresh items and a good selection. The breakfast staff was quick to assist with any questions. The halls are lit by large green and white room lights. Very novel and cool. The whole aura of the property is cool. Cool lights, cool ambiance, and thankfully cool, professional staff.”

“Pestana Arena Barcelona is one of the most convenient hotels to stay at, especially since it is close to metro stations. Moreover, the staff were always willing to lend a helping hand, even if it's late at night. However, what I really don't like is how sometimes I feel that the hotel staff no sense of time. During breakfast hours, the food served was INCOMPLETE, not everything was on counter. And we asked to check the air-conditioner because it wasn't working well but sadly, after 1 hour, after 2 hours NO ONE CAME. But still... great hotel :D”
