Ótimo hotel, com excelente localização a poucos quarteirões de bares e restaurantes de Polanco e em frente ao parque. Oq quartos com final dois, tem vista para o castelo.

Sin duda un gran estancia, además de las bellas vistas a la ciudad, todo muy impecable, el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, hasta nos dieron una habitación con vista al bosque y castillo de Chapultepec, un hotel muy recomendado, nuestro descanso fue muy agradable y más con una pequeña de dos años, lo recomiendo mucho si van en familia.

El hotel es silencioso, habitaciones cómodas. Es una grosería que te cobren el estacionamiento. Pagas muy bien la habitación para que te cobren el carro. De muy mal gusto. Amabilidad en el personal muy buena.

We really enjoyed our stay the rooms where clean, we where able to check in early or they could have hold our bags. The food for breakfast In the restaurant and lounge where good it’s definitely worth adding breakfast to your room. The lounge morning staff was amazing and was ver hospitable. How ever lizabeth in the after noon tapas was rude and Mande me feel like I was bothering her we decided to leave early the second night after we seen she was there. -1 the one star because of her service I wanted to hang out there but we felt we needed to leave so we went down the street to Hijas de la tostada. Now there is a place we could really feel comfortable the staff was amazing and so was the food and terrace.

Modern and updated hotel located across the street from Chapultepec Park. Valet parking is available. Hotel has restaurant on lower floor and club lounge on the 16th floor. There is also a gym. Some of the staff members were slightly rude, but if you plan to be out of the hotel most of the time it isn't really an issue.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be let down. This hotel was perfect for my trip purposes. It is super closed to Polanco and many beautiful touristic places of interest Like The Chapultepec Castle. The hotel is very pretty, very high customer service and the food in the restaurant is delicious.

Fuimos de visita a la Cdmx al final de las vacaciones de semana santa de 2022. Nos quedamos una noche en este hotel. Se observaba presencia de huéspedes nacionales y extranjeros, y me dió mucho gusto ver que el trato hacia los huéspedes no parece hacer distinción por este motivo. Todo el personal con el que tuvimos contacto fue muy atento, amable y con una presentación impecable. En la recepción nos ofrecieron un upgrade de la reservación que ya traíamos hecha que nos pareció muy conveniente y la tomamos. Se agradece mucho la oferta. La habitación que nos asignaron limpia y ordenada, en perfectas condiciones. Mi familia comentó que descansaron muy bien. La vista hacia el bosque y el castillo hermosa. El servicio de canapés y el desayuno fueron buenos, sólo quizás sería bueno agregar más variedad, y ampliar un poco más instalaciones. Nos tocó el servicio de comidas en un piso alto que también tenía una vista muy bonita de la ciudad. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. A unos pasos del bosque de Chapultepec, y del paseo de la reforma, dónde hay paradas para transporte público y turibus. Sin duda un lugar para visitar de nuevo. El precio un poco elevado pero vale la pena. Finalmente el estacionamiento es muy reducido, aunque el personal del valet siempre amable y atento.

The hotel is centrally located very close to Chapultepec park and is a few minutes away from Polanco and Reforma. The view from our room was absolutely gorgeous and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. When we come back to CDMX we'll definitely be staying here again.

At the moment I am traveling a lot to Mexico on business. The hotel has everything I need. Coffee machine in the room, cozy bed and nice fitness center. However my last two trips this month have been disappointing. Almost every day staff is walking the halls on all floors with a loud sanitation machine. I can appreciate them taking precautions due to the ongoing Covid situation BUT 4:30 in the morning is not ok! I work very long days and don’t care to be waking up 1.5 hours than needed. I have complained to the front desk multiple times but they don’t seem to care. I will move hotels if needed in my next trip.

The staff is the most kind and attentive, and breakfasts both food and service is premium, one of the bests we ever had in america; yet poor choices from probably negligent eager owners or administration ruins the experience, lock guarded fridge unless you open a credit card record for it? Defective doors keeps you on front desk asking for help to enter your room... But of course the cost is way up too high, you can compare the cost of living here vs the cost of the stay in these hotels and is one the highest in Latinoamérica i cant comprehend something so expensive has such cheap treatments with their clients

Foi uma grata surpresa. Localização próxima ao parque , avenida de la reforma , restaurantes, cafés, perfeito para passeios a pé. A quinta estrela é para os funcionários. TODOS extremamenteeducados. O apartamento que me hospedei tem uma incrível vista do parque . O restaurante com preços justos e comida excepcional e uma vista magnífica . Tanto que jantamos e almoçamos por lá mesmo. Parabéns ao hotel . Obrigado a TODOS funcionários do hotel por tão agradável estadia.

Phenomenal! Everyone is nice and helpful from the door man to the cleaning ladies. Beds are extremely comfortable and the showers are heavenly. I wish we would have had more time to spend here in the lap of luxury.

This was our first time staying at "Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec" and I can't describe how pleased I am. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, the view from our room, simply spectacular! The furniture and the lighting cozy and sophisticated. I'm having my son and his family stay here on December. We are really looking forward to coming back.
