“I have been to this location a few times but our last visit was not great. They did not have a room ready for us upon arrival even though we had checked in on the app. Room #1 had an A/C unit that vibrated and shook the ceiling - so we went down to get another room. Rome #2 smelled so bad of mamajuana and orange cleaner to try and mask the smell that my wife took one step in and stepped back out and said no way! We went down to get another new room and our friends were in line working to get another room also because their room had throw up on the floor. Room #3 we took, but it was on the back side of the building near the two hug fans outside so we dealt with that noise. We didn't take advantage of the happy hour because the last time we were here the alcohol was not good - free = bad quality in that case. We also did not have breakfast - probably one of the best features of an Embassy Suites - but that was due to our needing to leave early. Lastly, the parking was a joke. We had to pay $30 to park - but the automatic gates didn't work. I know parking is the new fee hotels are using to get more money out of the customer - but if they charge $30 to park in their very small and hard to fit in parking spots - at least make it easy to get in and out of the lot.”

Where do I start!? I Love the Embassy suite hotels but not this particular one. The hotel front desk wasn't very welcoming. Our room was warm and humid and just didn't smell fresh. We tried to turn the heat down but the AC unit didn't seem to work well so we had to open the deck door. The carpet needs replacing. It felt old, damp and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. The bathroom was tiny with a low ceiling, no fan and no shampoo or conditioner. I could go on and on but you get the point. The breakfast was only real positive as well as the bar. Will definitely not be back to this particular Embassy. It needs a remodel.

Does not provide the classic Embassy Suites experience. Hot made-to-order omelette breakfast is there, that is with a clipper card where you have to show them every morning but that is all about it. I would expect 24-hour coffee-tea-hot water availability, not found it. Not hair dryer in the rooms. Poor pool maintenance although acceptable. Make up the missing part, clean rooms, very friendly and responsive staff. I don’t plan to stay here again, but If the parking was free and they fix above items, I might stay here again.

Front desk staff is awesome. You can tell this used to be a great hotel at one time. 70 degrees outside and 80 degrees in the two rooms I booked. Something about a "two pipe system" and not being able to AC the room because its under 60 degrees at night.....but the lobby and atrium were both cool. Had to open my "deck" door and the hotel room door to try to cool it down. Due to this issue, when you first enter the room you get hit with a funky 80 degree humid stank. Smells like hockey gloves. Rooms are huge. They need office chairs in the office portion of the suites. The chairs from 1994 cut off circulation in your legs if you sit more than 20 mins. I love Embassy Suites, but won't be coming back to this one. It's literally 79 degrees in my room as I write this and there's no way of cooling it down unless you leave your "front door" open to all those who pass down the hallway.

The rooms are decent. Size of the hotel itself is really nice. The breakfasts are very good when it comes to service. Not so consistent. At least the three times that I've been there the last few months. Either get somebody who's very helpful or somebody who's not knowledgeable or somebody who just doesn't care. The people working in the parking lot are a lot more helpful. Location is convenient by the freeway. Only problem is you have a lot of people who are homeless that are in the area and wander around the hotel parking lot so you don't feel so safe nor do you feel your vehicle safe because there's no security there
