“Confirmation” Reservations means Nothing! I emailed, many, and received emails especially my confirmation email, (for the 3rd time ), the morning we left to travel. Traveled 11 hours, got to the hotel and we told that 2 of my reserved rooms weren’t available 😡 Come to find out, that was not true…..this was done purposely, I believe! Turns out my cousin was in one of my “reserved” rooms. Telling me that she had just made her reservations. Meaning, the room WAS available! Which is why I believe what I previously stated. Also, there’s a $50 hold charge for the rooms, not mentioned within any of my emails. And, there’s no complementary breakfast. Overall and the purpose of us being there was wonderful!

As a diamond member I expected to be welcomed. But I wasn’t. I was told I could grab some water if I wanted to. No snack bags no thank you for being a diamond member. Online it said there was an indoor pool. It’s connected to the outside and the temperature was in the teens so no swimming. The room was clean but outdated. We were told complimentary breakfast and then we were charged. Still waiting for them to reverse the charges. I won’t go back to this hotel.

Amazing place!! Very clean and efficient staff! Rooms are big and some have a hot tub that is amazing! You can get good nightly rates if you choose a good time to go.

Excellent service at the front desk. Breakfast food it's good, good size portion. No problem at all at this hotel. I've been staying here for the last 5 years, about 10 times a year (2-4 days each time) . THANK YOU ALL!........ The boots guy.

If 0 stars was an option I would’ve definitely chosen that instead! Well where do I start I had a delay with American Airlines they offered a voucher for this hotel but I still got charged 50 bucks when I arrived the gentleman at the reservation was very rude. Had my flight the next morning and I know for a fact that my bag stayed in the room. I boarded my flight I got home and called the hotel to ask about it and they said nothing was found. I have a friend who lives in town and they went to check also but they acted like they didn’t care! Whoever cleaned my room must’ve kept it and I had something very valuable in there!!! I definitely want to know who cleaned the room 405 for my overnight stay literally 4 hours there 10/17/22-10/18/22. If there’s someone here I could speak to that would be a plus because it seems like their employees don’t really care about their business and the customers.
