“I was in Lisbon for a wedding and I was staying in a five star suite, which was one of the best rooms in the hotel. It was very comfortable and had amazing views. The maids ensured my room was immaculate on a daily basis and the staff were very friendly and also extremely helpful. I was impressed by all the staff. The hotel is well located and I will certainly be staying here again.”

“I stayed at this new Hyatt during the the month of November. The design is beautiful with light wood and soothing colors. I was given an upgrade and the room was well designed. I had a small kitchen and a terrace. The gym is well equipped and the location is accessible to the rest of the city. The service at the restaurant and for minor requests was slow. I often came to the front desk to ask for help on housekeeping or room service since no one answered the phone. It was very challenging getting basic services or questions answered. I rate the hotel because the staff was very kind and the property is well done but more training is definitely needed.”
