“We loved this resort. Service was amazing. Food was amazing. Personal concierge (ours was Karen) helped arrange anything we needed. From the moment we stepped in, we were treated so wonderfully. We tried each dinner restaurant, and the variety was great. Everything we ate was delicious, from the restaurants to room service to pool service to the walk up cafe. The workout facility was good, with enough machines and free weights for any desired workout. The spa was amazing. We had a massage, which was so relaxing, but the services (water ceremony, sauna, etc) before the massage were awesome-- it was the best spa facility. We could not have had a better time. I have nothing bad to say about this resort- we loved it! We're already thinking about planning another trip back with the kids during whale watching season.”

“Grand Velas Los Cabos resort and all of it's fine staff were paradise to me! The grounds and rooms were absolutely gorgeous! It was such an inviting place from the lowliest to the highest echelon of staff, every one of them were friendly and had a smile to share! Plus, everything I put in my mouth was some of the best food I ever tasted! We ate breakfast at the Azul every morning with Alonzo as our wonderful waiter! It was nicely furnished and delectable to the eye and the tongue! Lucas is where we ate Friday evening and the food was excellent! They brought me a dessert with Happy Birthday written on the plate. One of the guests told me that he had eaten at many many places around the world, high class places, and couldn't remember any of the food he had eaten. Grand Velas was an exception; he would remember this food as the best! I will too! Alejandra, our concierge was so sweet and attentive! You have a wonderful place that I will remember fondly forever...thank you!!”
