Ligou superfaturada por telefone com um representante direto, $ 116 do que enviou uma confirmação por e-mail de $ 123,00. O que foi bom, mas quando se trata do check-out, foi cobrado um extra de $ 160,00 na recepção não funcionará com você. E vou argumentar sobre esse preço, embora eu tenha reservado por US $ 116,00 no sábado. Metade dos plugues não funcionam. Eles não têm TVs inteligentes. Cabo básico à moda antiga. Você pode dizer que o prédio é antigo e eles tentaram reformar. Mas deff. Não vale o preço. O irmão foi para o Holiday Inn e pagou o mesmo preço por um quarto melhor, serviço e quartos atualizados. Não vale à pena para mim. Já estive em outros hyatts que eram melhores do que este.

Reservei um quarto duplo aqui para uma noite para meu amigo casamento foi 4 de nós que fez reservas para a estadia e tudo foi como se espera. A equipe foi amigável e os quartos eram muito limpos, eles acomodaram todas as necessidades que eu tinha com travesseiros e toalhas extras e a piscina era agradável. Definitivamente, eu recomendaria este hotel para outra estadia.

I booked a double room here for one night for my friend's wedding it was 4 of us that made reservations for our stay and everything was just as expected. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean they accommodated all the needs I had with extra pillows and towels and the pool was nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel for another stay.

Overpriced called over the phone with a direct rep, $116 than emailed a confirmation for $123.00. Which was fine but when it came to check out got charged an extra $160.00 front desk won’t work with you. And will argue about that is there price even though I reserved it for $116.00 on Saturday. Half there plugs don’t work. They don’t have any smart TVs. Basic old fashion cable. Pop corn ceilings you can tell the building is old and they’ve attempted to remodel. But deff. Not worth the price. Brother went to holiday Inn and paid the same price for a better room, service and updated rooms. Not worth it to me. I’ve been to other hyatts that were better than this.

Nós nos registramos e quando entramos em nosso quarto estava úmido, e a primeira coisa que notamos foram os cabelos na cama. E com isso ficamos com uma vibração ruim. Após uma nova inspeção, havia poeira em todos os lugares. Atrás da TV, na pequena parede que divide a área de estar e a cama. Na estrutura da cama real. E o vidro do chuveiro estava fechado. Fomos direto para o saguão para deixar a mesa, a pessoa atrás da mesa nem se desculpou ou tentou resolver o problema. Duramos 15 minutos. E, na saída, encontramos outra pessoa que estava saindo pelos mesmos motivos. Eu esperava melhor do Hyatt.

4 noites de estadia. 2 quartos. Uma das dobradiças tinha panos sujos na chegada. Bar tem apenas 5 cervejas. A maior parte desses 4 dias são planejados, já que muitas crianças estão conosco. No sábado de manhã eles decidiram fechar a piscina, que era uma parte importante do nosso planejamento. Enquanto esperávamos do lado de fora ao sol por 30 minutos para eles nos dizerem que estava fechado porque eles não avisaram ninguém sobre isso. Obrigado, um bando de crianças sem nada para fazer por causa disso. A única razão pela qual escolhemos este lugar foi por causa da piscina, então meio dia de férias arruinou e aborreceu as crianças. Por mais de US $ 200 por quarto por noite, você imaginaria que eles tinham um serviço programado após o horário para fazer a manutenção da piscina.

A estadia foi ótima. O quarto era limpo e espaçoso. Foi saudado muito bem com antecedência. Tivemos a piscina para nós mesmos por 2 horas, o que era bom. Café-da-manhã foi grab-n-go que foi ok. A única desvantagem era que eles só tinham um elevador funcionando, o que era cansativo esperar. Nós subimos as escadas duas vezes durante a nossa estadia de 3 dias lá. A localização era ótima. Já que visitamos Six Flags e o River Walk, ele estava bem no meio. Localização muito tranquila, não muito barulho. Definitivamente considerarei ficar aqui na próxima vez que visitarmos SA

We checked in and when we walked into our room it was humid, and the first thing we noticed were hairs on the bed. And with that we got a bad vibe. Upon further inspection there was dust everywhere. Behind the TV on the small wall dividing the living area and bed. On the actual bed frame. And the glass on the shower was coved in build up. We went to down to the lobby to just straight up leave the the person behind the desk didn't even apologize or try to resolve the problem. We lasted 15 minutes. And on the way out we ran into someone else who was leaving for the same reasons. I expected better from the Hyatt.

4 night stay. 2 rooms. One of the fold outs had dirty cloths on it upon arrival. Bar only has 5 beers. Most of these 4 days are planned out since many children are with us. Saturday morning they decided to close the pool which was a major part of our planning. While we waited outside in the sun for 30 minutes for them to tell us it was closed cause they notified no one about it. Thanks, a bunch of kids with nothing to do cause of this. Only reason we picked this place was because of the pool so half a day of vacation ruined and annoyed children. At more than 200$ per room per night you would imagine that they had a scheduled service after hours to service the pool.

Stay was great. Room was clean and spacious. Was greeted very nicely upfront. We had the Pool to ourselves for 2 hours which was nice. Breakfast was grab-n-go which was ok. The only downfall was they only had one elevator working which was exhausting to wait. We took the stairs twice during our 3 day stay there. Location was great. Since we visited Six flags and the River Walk it was right in the middle. Very quite location, not a lot of noise. Will definitely consider staying here next time we visit SA

Loved staying here! This hotel was great! It is close to everything to San Antonio! The rooms are very clean! The staff is wonderful! I also really like the facade of the lobby! This hotel looks really nice from the outside as well! I will be back soon!

Muy sucio, pésima higiene para estar en pandemia, reservamos 3 habitaciones por una semana y en una habitación las sabanas estaban sucias, en otra habitación el baño estaba orinado y había ropa de otras personas, al hablar con la recepcionista solo nos dijeron que al día siguiente harían la limpieza. Pésimo servicio de parte del hotel antes la problemática. Por supuesto que no nos quedaremos en el hotel, si no pueden entregar la habitación limpia mucho menos creo que cumplan con la higiene suficiente por la pandemia. Una gran decepción ya que nunca nos había pasado esto en otro hotel hyatt y además tenemos membresía.

Exelente hotel me gustó mucho la verdad lo único que no me gustó es que aceptan mascotas y eso no nos gustó todo lo demás muy bien la verdad la limpieza comodidad decoracion iluminación todo bien

Muy cómodo,esta accesible muchos puntos de la ciudad, el desayuno realmente no esta incluido con la habitación, hay que pagar 9 dlls extra por cada habitación.... Un día se les olvido limpiar nuestra habitación, y otro el papel higiénico, pero en general es una buena opción. Si es recomendable a reserva de lo ya comentado...

Estuvimos 2 noches habíamos reservado para más de 10 Dias, la segunda noche que pasando las 12 de la noche una rata en el basurero!!!! Nos cambiaron de habitación pero al día siguiente nos cambiamos de hotel. No conforme con esto me cobraron.
