Os jardins eram espetaculares e correspondiam à limpeza deste maravilhoso resort. Classificaríamos a comida e o serviço no topo da escala. Foi um pouco quieto, mas nós conhecemos algumas pessoas amigáveis ​​para tornar este um grande momento. A equipe foi incrível e se sentiu em casa durante toda a semana. Altamente recomendado!

The grounds were spectacular and matched the cleanliness of this wonderful resort. We would rate food and service at the top of the scale. It was a bit quiet but we met some friendly folks to make this a grand time. The staff was amazing and felt at home the entire week. Highly recommended!

Espectacular

We stayed here last September. Welcomed with a glass of bubbly and a smile. Check in fast and easy and a smile. Buggy ride to room with a smile. Adults only swim up room was fantastic as was our neighbors. Buffet food was fab, especially the lighthouse. The Italian , Chinese and K23 were excellent. Great service throughout even had fish and chips appear at the pool. 2 lots of our friends recommended this hotel to us and I can certainly see why. We have re booked for next may and are counting the days down. Thanks

Nice hotel realmente limpo, a comida é incrível, mas o próprio hotel é bastante chato, eu quero dizer para um jovem casal, o material é útil, mas leva-lhes um tempo looong para fazer alguma coisa, levou-os cerca de 2h para mudar o meu quarto depois que desarrumada Minha reserva. Geral recomendo este lugar se desejar relaxantes férias relaxantes. Uma coisa a notar que não é um hotel para adultos é o mesmo resort como nickelodeon por isso muitas crianças.

Este resort foi fantástico. Quartos limpos, instalações limpas, feliz equipe prestativa. Nosso avião estava atrasado por 6 horas mas nós pudemos pendurar fora no recurso enquanto nós esperamos pelo ônibus. Algumas famílias com crianças foram dadas salas de volta após o check-out enquanto esperavam. Vai olhar para esta cadeia de resort no destino que eu visito.

Os restaurantes com buffet tinham grande escolha e a qualidade da comida era alta. O restaurante italiano tinha alimentação excelente. Nós achamos o restaurante asiático e o Spacewalker muito imprevisíveis. Fiquei doente por alguns dias depois de uma refeição, mas pode ser porque meu estômago estava fraco.A bebida: As opções de onde beber eram fartas e alguns bares tinham sua própria temática. Os coquetéis eram muito bons. É difícil sair do resort, a menos que você faça uma excursão ou pegue um táxi caro. Há uma praça com lojas, mas deixamos de ir porque as lojas são muito orientadas para o turista e agressivas.

Muito boa atmosfera e excelente hospitalidade. A comida é incrível e realmente saborosa. Altamente recomendado apenas para famílias e adultos, pois oferecem todas as comodidades para ambos. Definitivamente vale a pena uma revisão de 5 estrelas. Definitivamente vou voltar no futuro próximo.

Nice hotel really clean, food is amazing, but the hotel itself is rather boring , I mean for ayoung couple, stuff is helpful but it takes them a looong time to do anything , took them around 2h to change my room after they messed up my booking. Overall I recommend this place if you want relaxing chill holidays. One thing to notice it is not adult hotel it's the same resort as nickelodeon so a lot of kids.

The room: We opted for the Family Suite. The room was better than we expected. The bedroom and bathroom were very large. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice balcony. The fridge was stocked well and all snacks were free. The room was spotless and was cleaned every day to a very high standard. The location was half way between the restaurants and the beach which was convenient. The only negative was the air con which blew into our faces at night.The staff were fantastic for the most part. Everything was done with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. There was an attempted push by the concierge staff for us to attend a timeshare presentation which we thought was a little hard sell.The food. The buffet restaurants had great choice and the food quality was high. The Italian restaurant had excellent mains. We found the Asian and the Spacewalker restaurant very hit and miss. I was ill for a couple of days after one meal but that could be because I had a weak stomach.The drink: The choices of where to drink was plentiful and some bars had their own theme. The cocktails were very good. Brand name spirits were used and the drinks were not watered down.The pools: The main pool area was clean and the water was a lovely temperature. There were a lot of people there. There are some quieter pools but not all are for general use. It was hard to differentiate which pools were not for public use due to lack of signage.The beach was lovely with really clean sand. The sea does bring in a lot of sea weed in the water which meant they were not as heavily used as the pools.Be aware that the hotel is a little remote from the towns. It is hard to leave the resort unless you go on an excursion or catch an expensive taxi. There is a plaza with shops but we put off going as the stores are very tourist orientated and pushy.

Amazing resort! It was so well priced for everything it includes and there are lovely excursions that cater to everyone. The Gourmet Inclusive concept is brilliant and we'll definitely be visiting more Sensatori resorts in the future.

This resort was fantastic. Clean rooms, clean facilities, happy helpful staff. Our plane was delayed by 6 hours but we were able to hang out in the resort while we waited for the bus. Some families with kids were given rooms back after check out while they waited. Will look out for this chain of resort in the destination I visit.

Resort is beautiful, clean,staff is very friendly, food was amazing! the night life entertain is fun for both adults and kids. The little pop up market is a lot of fun.

Awesome resort! Room was very nice, clean and spacious. Weather was perfect in February. Food was good as well.

Very good atmosphere and excellent hospitality. The food is amazing and actually tasty. Highly recommended for families and adults only as they offer all the amenities for both. Definitely worth a 5 star review. Will definitely return in the near future.
