“Preços de ponta sem o serviço de ponta. O hotel tem uma aparência de luxo 5 estrelas, mas tem poucos funcionários e enfrentou longas esperas no check-in, concierge, bares, etc.Fomos quando um teste cobiçoso era necessário para entrar nos Estados Unidos, e o processo era um pesadelo, com a equipe se tornando francamente conflituosa - o que tornou a experiência tão confortável que simplesmente fomos para o hospital local.A praia é muito pública e pouco funcional, as piscinas são pequenas e há muitos quartos e hóspedes para suportar a quantidade de funcionários e comodidades ... mas o design é bom e valeria a pena se você conseguisse um bom preço, mas não no valor de $ 700 + por noite - há muitas opções melhores!”

“If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We tried to get a drink at this hotel from the beach side and they wouldn't let us in. They insisted we circle the entire hotel and enter from the front because the back area was for guests only (mind you, they had no guests outside). It was 90 degrees and we had already walked a mile and we were paying customers willing to pay for drinks yet they refused us entry. I was with my 60 year old uncle and they clearly didn't care about hospitality or customer service. I will not be visiting again, very disappointed with this hotel.”
