“Our room was big, comfortable, and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for us. The breakfast was great. The only problem: we asked about the free shuttle to Universal Studios and we were given the schedule. We were not told that we had to reserve seats on the shuttle. The driver was going to turn us away, but several passengers noted that there was plenty of room for us. I hope the hotel will alert future guests that they need to sign up in advance.”
