“Was expecting more from an Inkaterra hotel. When we first arrived at 6pm, after we had been walking all day, we were told the only available time for dinner was 9pm. We were tired and hungry and were not going to wait 3 hours for food, so we put our foot down and said we would like to eat earlier. They were quite reluctant to move us, a group of 4, but they made a few phone calls and managed to fit us in. When we got into the room it was absolutely freezing. The window in the bathroom does not have a proper seal so there is a massive gap letting in the cold air. We had to have the heater on all night. To make things worse the rooms are not soundproof at all, and the doors slam shut very loudly. You can hear everything in the corridor and outside. Only good thing about this hotel was the food. It was tasty and varied. Yet when we were in the restaurant there was a massive group in at the same time and the server's attention was mainly on them. You could see they were stressed and couldn't cope with the amount of people. Overall I wouldn't stay here again”

“The view from the hotel alone was incredible. We arrived at night and when we got up the next morning we were greeting by this vista. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel was nice.”
