“Not worth the money. Very pretty location and property but the service and staff are horrible. Good luck finding edible food.”
— Ivan Mousaw Jr.
“Perfect. I was a bit put off after reading some reviews before we left however we travel a lot as a family and I can honestly say this is one of the best places we have stayed. The rooms aren’t perfect and not what would be classed as 5 star in the UK but are more than suitable and has everything you need but the location and staff make up for that 100x over. The staff WOW amazing (other that a few from the buffet). Nessa from the coffee shop went above and beyond and my little girl loved her and still after 3 weeks of being home doesn’t stop talking about her, she really is an amazing woman and topped off a perfect holiday. Neil and Maria from the pool bar were also fantastic and made our kids feel just as important as anyone else that was there, Skinny Jimmy is also the guy to see on the beach if you want to book water sports/excursions he was super! All the people we met from St Lucia we’re just amazing, kind and friendly it really was an amazing experience. The resort…. Lovey with gorgeous views and such a beautiful beach, the food was brilliant we ate in the restaurants and not the buffet the majority of the time and I can’t fault it at all, we had a slight problem one evening (we’re all human and make mistakes) but the staff were so apologetic and got it resolved quickly. Can’t fault this place at all and would 100% recommend.”
