“Era la primera vez que visitaba Rixos con mi esposo y mis 2 hijos. el hotel es excelente, la gran variedad de comida y actividades, las habitaciones están limpias, el personal del hotel es educado y servicial. Mis hijos la pasaron muy bien en el club infantil. Los animadores del club de niños son muy responsables y tienen un programa interesante para los niños. ¡Especialmente quiero agradecer a Ali, animador del club infantil, por su gran trabajo! ¡Mis hijos estaban tan emocionados después de pasar un día con él! En términos generales, ¡fue una vocación maravillosa!”

“Fomos bem recebidos pela Patricia na recepção, mostrou-nos o hotel e levou-nos até ao quarto, logo ai ficamos encantados com a simpatia e o serviço.O Hotel é maravilhoso, um dos melhores que já estive, e acreditem eu viajo muito, sou hospedeiro de bordo. O design, os acabamentos, umas casas de banho que pareciam umas obras de arte, (para alem de super limpas e cheirosas). E a mistura de piscina e praia é um espectáculo.Ainda nos detalhes do hotel, fui informado que só aceitavam casais ou famílias. Ao princípio não dei importância, mas depois vi que esse detalhe faz com que tudo esteja calmo e sereno no Hotel, perfeito para relaxar.O serviço é a top... na piscina o serviço é feito com patinadores, para além de super simpáticos, e de estarem sempre disponíveis, só o facto de andarem de um lado para o outro de patins parece que estão a dar um show. A Yagmur, fazia patinagem no gelo, e a cada bebida que entrega, ou quando anda só em volta da piscina é um prazer observar.A comida nos restaurantes têm variedade, qualidade, e não é o buffet normal, eles é q servem, e são muito atenciosos.O quarto é um espectáculo, neste caso éramos 3 pessoas a dormir e tivemos muito espaço, mas o quarto pareceu-me perfeito para noites românticas, pois dá para abrir umas portadas e ficar com a banheira no meio do quarto.Adorei, vou voltar de certeza.Obrigado Patricia, Obrigado Yagmur”
