“I am currently at this place and I am living the worst holidays of my life . After reading so many wonderful reviews and researching about this hotel I decided to purchase a package thru Costco travel. I’m been to countless all inclusive hotels in Latin America. I’ve been to the best hotels in Cuba and the Caribbean. I know the all inclusive hotel concept really well and if you read me, trust my review . Don’t ever come to this place. I am not going to go more deep into details because I am escalating this matter to higher instances, but I thought that if you were planing to come to Cancun you deserve to know this Not the right place to come.”

“My wife and I just spent our honeymoon here. We stayed 9 days 8 nights, in the rock royalty ocean view king with personal assistant. The room was superb, walk out to multiple pools and a great ocean view. The hotel and room were very clean and maintained. The service was excellent. Our personal assistants, Gerkyl and Carlos, were extremely helpful with all of our requests and questions, and we were not easy to deal with. All around the food, restaurants and service were fantastic. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back for future visits.”
