“Walked in through the rain very early in the morning after some flight trouble. When I found they didn't have a room I said okay, and they told me "That's what happens when you show up to a hotel at 5 in the morning". Leaving this review because of this attitude. Does he know he works beside an airport? Went to the Aloft and was afraid to ask them in case I got the same response, but they were very accommodating.”

“We ALWAYS stay at Hilton hotels as Hilton Honors members. This was by far, the worst stay. We rented two rooms for the weekend and found the facility to be less that average. Our king room had no mattress pad (EW!) and when we brought it to the attention of the desk, we were informed that all rooms don’t have them?!?!? The second room was two doubles and both beds had them. Our lock on the bathroom door was broken, and when I sat in the desk chair, I noticed it was broken as well. Additionally, the last guest had leftovers in the mini fridge and it was never removed by housekeeping. Kind of makes me wonder what other ways housekeeping skimped!
Like every other Hilton brand we’ve stayed in, we expected a free continental breakfast, only to learn that it was $15pp for the usual free breakfasts available at all the other Hilton brands. Literally the same offerings! Buyer beware! Very disappointing!”
