“This is a brand new hotel in a great location. The check in experience was overall pleasant and the staff was kind. There was some slight confusion about the credit card that was listed on file, but the staff was patient and kind. The room is small for two larger sized American people. The desk in the corner may be best left out, or the room rearranged slightly. The beds were extremely comfortable and the cleaning staff were excellent. The amenities in the room were wonderful. The iron was slightly confusing as it was written only in Japanese, and not like one I’ve used, but I figured it out quickly. The laundry took over 3 hours for my clothes to dry, it may be better to invest in larger machines. It was nice and convenient they had the machines. The breakfast was excellent, maybe the best tasting and assortment I’ve ever had at a hotel. Thank you for a pleasant stay!”

“We spent 4 amazing nights in this brand new hotel, everything was superb thanks to the professional yet easy going staff! Every morning we were super excited because the breakfast was yummy and they offered a variety of foods. The free channels on TV were also excellent, we could watch Disney, Discovery and even channels in other languages! Don't forget to check out the high tech gym down in the basement, refresh yourself with some workout before heading out right in the heart of the CBD!”
