Experiência super frustrante reservando este lugar para estacionamento no aeroporto. Fui informado às 21h40, após um longo voo internacional, que eles não poderiam enviar um ônibus até as 22h30! Ainda tínhamos uma viagem de duas horas para casa e meu marido teve que trabalhar cedo na manhã seguinte. Acabamos pegando um Uber por 30 $ por uma viagem de 6 minutos, que eles se recusaram a reembolsar, apesar de terem nos enviado originalmente para o aeroporto em um Uber. Seu raciocínio foi que “o ônibus está disponível, só não está disponível por 45 minutos”. Se você não consegue gerenciar o sistema básico de pegar clientes no aeroporto, não deveria estar executando um programa de estacionamento e “transporte”. Eu usei hotéis para estacionamento no passado e sempre experimentei coletas imediatas e imediatas sem explicações condescendentes sobre seus processos de agendamento. Decepcionante ter que lidar com isso depois de horas de viagem.

Super frustrating experience booking this place for airport parking. I was at told at 9:40 pm after a long international flight that they would not be able to send a shuttle until 10:30 pm! We still had a two hour drive home and my husband had to work early the next morning. We ended up getting an Uber for 30$ for a 6 minute drive which they refused to reimburse despite the fact that they had originally sent us to the airport in an Uber. Her reasoning was that “the shuttle is available, it’s just not available for 45 minutes.” If you can’t manage the basic system of picking up customers from the airport, you shouldn’t be running a parking and “shuttle” program. I’ve used hotels for parking in the past and have always experienced immediate and prompt pickups without patronizing explanations about their scheduling processes. Disappointing to have to deal with that after hours of travel.

Muito arrumado e limpo. A equipe foi muito simpática. Eu tinha tomado uma suíte com cama king size que vem com um futon e pode acomodar facilmente 2 adultos e era muito confortável também. No geral, vale o dinheiro.

Na área durante a noite e ficou aqui. A equipe foi excelente, calorosa e acolhedora. A área de jantar era espaçosa e limpa. O estacionamento também era ruim. A cama era incrível. No geral, gostei de ficar aqui. Há restaurantes não muito longe do hotel, tanto do outro lado da rua quanto no final da rua. Foi bom e tranquilo. O café da manhã não era o que eu esperava.

In the area overnight and stayed here. The staff was excellent, warm, and welcoming. The dinning area was spacious and clean. Parking was bad either. The bed was awesome. Overall I enjoyed staying here. There are restaurants not far from the hotel both across the street and down the street. It was nice and quiet. The breakfast wasn't what I expected.

Very neat and clean. Staff was very friendly. I had taken a king bed suite which comes with a futon and can easily accommodate 2 adults and it was very comfy too. Overall, worth the money.

Stayed here and we liked it . We have stayed before in gaithersberg location and liked spiringhill suites for accommodation. Very few places which give free breakfasts in VA . Breakfast was good and stay was comfortable . Service was awesomeee. They have laundry facility and easy to use .. parking is tight at the front … … wishthey had a pool . Overall a good experience…

Staff were amazing! Very friendly and accommodating! Hotel is very clean. We were there for a family wedding and the hotel staff were all great. Shout out to the shuttle driver that was very helpful and a great communicator .

Nicely run hotel. Front desk staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast has a large variety of options that should make everyone happy. Rooms are large and comfortable.

Loved my stay here! Clean and tidy rooms that made my stay pleasant. Decent free breakfast that a lot of hotel do not offer right now. Staffs were really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!!

This was one of the best stays I have had in some time. The room was immaculate! Everything was clean and worked. The ladies taking care of breakfast were so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend! Call them to book or book on their site! Well worth the money I spent.

El SpringHill Suites by Marriott Herndon Reston ofrece una estadía cómoda a un precio razonable, cor parqueo gratuito y localizado en frente de un centro comercial con comida China, Egipcia y una pastelería. También está relativamente cerca de la entrada a una de las calles principales del área para ir al aeropuerto o hacia la ciudad. La atención al cliente estuvo muy buena cuando fuí en abril del 2018. El desayuno estuvo bien, aunque que no espectacular como otros hoteles. Todo en el hotel funciona como se debe y los empleados mantienen el hotel bastante limpio. Recomendado. Bechego

Clean large suites in a centrally located hotel. Of course Covid effects rates but we paid very little for a very large suite. There is no breakfast other than a bag of snacks. I would stay here...
