The hotel personnel did not clean the room after we asked for it to be cleaned. We arrived on a Tuesday night and told the front desk that we would like to have it cleaned daily. On Friday morning I called down to inquire why our room had not ever been cleaned and the response was "You told us not to" . This was wrong information. So then when I asked they said they did not have the time to clean it on Friday... our check out is Saturday... I will NEVER stay at a Marriott facility again...EVER. Over $600.00 and they can't clean the room???

Awesome place, spacious lobby, also has a bar and awesome service!! Would definitely recommend to any of those stopping by

Wasn't very impressed with this hotel. We chose this hotel because they are supposed to have a restaurant and bar, but they weren't open on the weekends, which is ridiculous. We paid $15 per person for Breakfast, and it wasn't worth the price. You get a Starbucks coffee and a breakfast bagel. The showers flooded our bathroom floor after 5 minutes. Not an exaggeration! I feel like if I'm paying $200 for a hotel room, I should be getting much better service. I could've stayed at a budget hotel for half the price, and gotten the same service imo.

Stayed 4 nights Thursday through Sunday. It was quiet and comfortable and clean. The beds and pillows were fantastic. There was renovations going on, but I didn't see any mess or hazards indoors or out, and didn't hear any loud noise. Our room was new inside with a very nice tiled bathroom and glass shower. Nice big TV with streaming apps so you can log into them if you have accounts. There is no complimentary breakfast but there is a Starbucks in the lobby. My only real complaint is that the refrigerator in the room didn't get cold, just maybe cool to the touch, and had no temp adjustment, so I didn't feel safe eating the food I had put in there. And the fridge and microwave were both in cabinets with doors, so they were pretty cumbersome to use. Overall I would definitely stay here again.
