“We usually stay in downtown Chicago but decided to go a bit farther out this weekend. James, the manager was the friendliest hotel employee I have ever met. I hope this company sees that and holds on to him. Every other front desk employee was great as well. Right away when we got in our room, there was hair on the sink and shower. It's gross but we were exhausted and did not need to complain. The room was pretty small with no place to put your clothes. It's fine for short period of time but I could never stay here for longer than two nights.”

“so firstly, the front desk staff were very nice. they actually double booked our room and then immediately changed it. while you’re down in the lobby you’ll also notice the security guards, they had two in full uniform and then an extra three that went to rooms and levels when there was something that needed to be dealt with, which made me feel safe. but, i didn’t see any security cameras outside for our park and stay and i didn’t notice any in the hallways either, i might be wrong because it was just a quick glance. our room was decent. it had a microwave and fridge and keurig inside. a bunch of outlets and your personal AC unit. i did notice some not so great cleaning. there was a stain on our shower curtain and hair in the bathroom from the previous people i assume. it wasn’t terrible though. walls are very thin, especially the doors. we could basically hear everything going on from our bed with the door shut. but quiet hours start at 10pm and we didn’t have any other big problems, the shuttle was EXACTLY on time and the man was nice.”
