JW Marriott has got to be one of the best experiences I have ever had in the hotel industry. The beds are great, the rooms are big enough to accommodate family. The quietness in there is unprecedented. I enjoyed the amazing, yet efficient room service among many other services provided by the hotel. It was a great experience. Oh, the building is close to the tourist bus as well the Metro station which is three minutes away. And just behind is 1 to 10 an Great discount store. Certainly, will come back and enjoy the hospitality.

Good executive lounge. Very friendly staff there. Check in is also straight forward and very helpful. Rooms are to a great standard depending on what you have a booked. Room service is also nice with variety of choices.

Note: Booked an executive room. Plenty of space, friendly staff, great scenery. Pool isn't large but it was never crowded, the health club was nice. The food in the hotel is good as well. Only downside is that smoking is allowed in the main areas which can be a drag.

Excellent Marriott hotel. Do spend the extra money for the executive lounge. Very much enjoyed my stay here. Thanks to all the drivers who pick me up and drop me off at the airport. This hotel is located about 10 minutes from the airport, which makes it very convenient. It's also a spectacular locations to stay beyond just transiting.

Very friendly staff. Everyone knew their jobs and check in was efficient. I liked the way the "market square" was set up with different shops and places to eat. Relaxing club Lounge. The manager at breakfast was very attentive, making my 13 year old son and I feel very welcome. Arrival with the car was a little chaotic and we had to wait about 15 minutes to hand over to the valet.

Classic hotel. You can tell from the decor that's is been there a while. Good and helpful staff. Clean and today tons with good amenities. I think the highlight of the hotel is the variety of restaurants available that have some c really good food. I hear the steak house is too die for but yet to try. In general a very good place to stay and eat too very around as the metro is just a stone's throw away

I have been to this hotel more than 20 times. Earlier this place used to feel really luxurious but now it feels old. The air conditioning is a bit poor. The bed also used to be really comfortable but now both the bed and the pillows don't seem comfortable. The staff is not very courteous and you feel as if they are doing you a favour by checking you in. Sometimes the wait time at the reception are very high. The food is great. Bathroom toiletries are good quality.
