“Our stay was good. We had a little bathroom situation that was resolved immediately and made our night stay better. The reason for the two stars was actually at the end of our stay. Sherry at the valet station was incredibly rude!! We stood outside for about 40 minutes and we did not see our car. She never once told us if a situation was happening. It was a family of 5 with 3 kids standing outside. When I finally asked her about it, she shrugged her shoulders and went back to counting receipts. The experience with her was definitely unpleasant and different from the pleasant people on the inside of the hotel. Maybe she was hot outside..who knows? But her attitude left a bad taste in our mouths.”

“Beautiful room, gorgeous and duet spacious bathroom with open floor plan. The bathtub was so inviting that this non bath taker had to bubble bath before dancing around the wide open shower. I almost forgot I had to to anything else with my life and realized I had been in there over 2 hours. The staff was so friendly and eager to help with any task and without the least amount of resistance. This locations staff has a great attitude towards service and assistance. That only leads me to believe that the management has an outstanding level of appreciation and respect for it's employees. How much a company values it's staff measures their success in carrying out their mission and excellence. Don't forget the quality of service you provide to the your customers is a mere reflection of the value you place in your people.”
