“Great, sizeable rooms. High ceilings, awesome view and it's close to the aquarium!!!! Very close!!!! You can walk to it in minutes, literally! This room was booked for me by someone else and it did not include a microwave or a refrigerator(not sure if they opted not to include those 2 necessities). There's a steakhouse connected to the hotel and another option for eating next door. Quiet and peaceful. I would definitely book again in the future!”

“The Pier 5 is a 4 story motel masquerading as a reputable hotel. Our bathroom had no hand towels, a tattered towel for the bathroom floor, and rust around the shower drain. The room had no fridge or microwave and what appeared to be water damage to a notably high ceiling. We could hear the conversation of everyone under and above us, as well as every door slam through the complex. Pier 5 does sit on the harbor, but the awnings outside the room obstructs your view of the water.”
