“Came here about two years ago, location is fantastic right in the heart of town, you can even go into the hotel without getting out of the train station. Room is decent size. Reason for my 4 stars and not 5 is because the gentleman who checked us in were very serious, he didn’t make any eye contact with me and when I asked him questions he just directed me to concierge… worked in hotel industry myself being at the desk, face of a five star hotel you would need to have a personality… other than that I am looking to return sometime this year. It’s all about location location location.”
