“The Ritz is very, very nice! The staff is genuinely nice and friendly! I really love everything about this property but my particular room - I paid for a deluxe ocean view room - has a view of the roof of the area below - the pool. The picture shows our deluxe ocean view room. Granted it’s still a gorgeous view but if I were at least 1 floor higher my view would be much more enjoyable. So maybe ask for a room above the 10th floor. Our view is the only reason I gave it a four star rating. The room itself is wonderful! Has a washer/dryer, little stove & oven, sitting area and a good sized lanai. Bathroom is nice and the bed is very plush :)”

“Set just a short distance from the beach, this is a wonderful location next to the shopping centers. Very friendly staff gave just the right amount of hospitality. They didn't always get everything right but they were effusive with their apologies and worked to make it better. Overall the amenities are good with an updated look and feel. Not too crowded except at heavy check in/out times since their lobby space is limited. Quick tip: skip the line and head over to the concierge desk. They can check you out as well. Aloha!”
