The gym, sauna and pool are decent and the location of the apartment is OK. Some staff are very helpful, respectful and courteous. Others not so much.”

“I would like to give a 5 STAR or more than a 5 STAR to the Hotel Manager name Irish, she is an Angel. I and my family stayed for almost 5 months in the hotel while our new own home is under process somewhere in DAMAC Hills. Paying a daily rent in the hotel is really a sacrificing expenses and Irish is so much helpful and considerate. She is a big asset for this company and she deserved for a reward. The hotel apartment is just a so so, cleanliness in the parking and the room was not so satisfying factor even we raised the issue. Thanks to all the staff they are all friendly”
