Tive que ficar nesse hotel em um momento de urgência. Ele tem um clima suuuuuper esquisito. De manhã no café da manhã toca música mexicana. Só gostei que tinha waffle, bagels e ovo mexido a vontade.

Péssimo lugar e atendimento! Estrutura sem limpeza nehuma. Carpetes encardidos, banheiros em pessimas condicoes, recepcao cheia de copos e garrafas.

Minha péssima impressão começou no aeroporto quando o "shuttle" chegou. Era uma van muito velha, com o cheiro horrível. Fui até o hotel tampando a respiração para não vomitar. Cheguei ao Hotel por volta das 13 horas, e fomos direto para a recepção. O atendente apenas nos olhou dizendo que o check in seria às 15:00, delicadeza zero. Fiquei aguardando no lobby e às 14:50, retornei a recepção. O atendente novamente me olhou e respondeu que o check in seria às 15:00. Faltavam 10 min apenas e o rapaz não quis fazer o check in. Jamais estive hospedada em um Hotel com uma recepção tão ruim. O quarto eta bem velho, falta tomada, e me cocei a noite inteira. Não recomendo nem para passar a noite e facilitar a ida para o aeroporto. A localização é péssima. Não tem nada nas proximidades.

I know it's a Clarion hotel and you can't ask for too much, they offer free shuttle from the airport on their website which is not true. I called them like 5 times from the airport I dialed the number shown at their website and no one answered the phone,not even a voice recording..nada...zero.

This hotel is the best . The staff is always so helpful and always right on top with anything you may need . The rooms are super comfy and convenient. The housekeeping does a great job as well and if you need ANYTHING at all they will bring it to you immediately. I highly recommend this hotel.

I imagine that this hotel was top notch in it's day, but it's fairly run down. The room we stayed in was in pretty rough shape. It had black mold above the a/c vent, stains on the walls and carpet, but the bed was clean. We ventured out to the atrium which was beautiful but the fountain was empty and had some type of dried feces in it? The pool area was beautiful but the pool didn't have water. This hotel definitely needs some cleaning and attention.

Primero nos dieron una habitación y el baño estaba tapado el desagüe de la ducha al bajar el water salía sucio por la ducha, no había cafetera luego nos dieron una y no servía en la reserva decía desayuno incluido y luego en recepción nos dijeron que no había no hubo hospitalidad por parte de los empleadoslas sábanas parecían que no las habían cambiado no había cobijas no la verdad no vuelvo más cero recomendaciones

Absolutely disgusting put us in a room COVERED in mold you enter the hotel and it looks so nice as it has clearly been renovated don’t be fooled unless you are planning on sleeping in the lobby avoid at all costs first room absolutely horrible after that we were put in another which had been renovated was much nicer but the furniture was old and chipped and by that time my wife who is pregnant was freaked out and just wanted to leave only bright spot was the incredibly nice and helpful front desk worker who’s name I didn’t get but he was the only good part and was very understanding and helpful the place deserves negative stars would give him 5 transfer him to a hotel deserving of him.

Disgusting i walked in to my room and immediately left its a disaster. The room squeaked and smelled i say hair in the bed a d cockroaches under the bed not to mention how scared i was just walking up to the door. P.S you can get in to any room with the 1 card s dont leave anything in the room and lock the door

Housekeeping only services rooms once a week, the hotel locks the entry doors after 11pm so you're effectively trapped inside, while there are side exits you have no.way inside unless you have a friend let you in. There was used matches and a fingernail on the floor in my room.

Quartos limpos, grande, confortável, café da manhã maravilhosoooooo, as trocas de toalhas acontecem normalmente assim como no Brasil. Fomos muito felizes em nossa estadia.

Hotel económico , confiable, tranquilo, espacioso buena ubicación muy limpio el personal muy atento, buen desayuno gratis, camas muy cómodas, no le pidenada a otros hoteles con el doble de precio. Lo recomiendo y regresariamos.

Me gustó el hotel , esta bien cerca del aeropuerto, hay transporte cada hora ida y regreso al aeropuerto , las habitaciones muy confortables , la atención del personal muy bueno .

Shower curtain was hardly large enough to cover anything. Water ended up all over the bathroom while taking a shower. The curtain was also so old that it was brittle and torn all across the top. The countertop on the bath vanity was not properly fit nor was it even secured. The bathroom door was so warped from all the previous water that you couldn't even close the door for privacy. Dust everywhere in the room, looked liked nothing had been wiped down in years. The AC in the room didn't work properly either. The main door to the room didn't fit properly either. I could literally put my fingers between the top of the door and the door jam with the door closed! The bed and pillows were old and lumpy. I paid $89 for this room which was ridiculous. Only reason I stayed is because I was dead tired and had a connecting 4am flight. Save your money and go across the street to the Holiday Inn.

Muy lindo y cogedor.Las habitaciones muy acogedoras y limpias. Área para actividades muy amplía y muy bellas terminaciones . Recomendado para actividades como bodas etc.

Checking in was a slow process. This place had an American Horror vibe to it. Mold all over the 3rd floor ice machine. Room was great though. Nothing delivers to this place except thru Grub Hub and that was a joke. It was ok but if I had my choice, I would've stayed someplace else.

At least they took the word "Suites" out of their title! I thought Clarion's were above average until we stayed at this dump. Twice! We booked a night starting our trip and one ending our trip...
