“We had a great stay here. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. They even called us back hours after saying they couldn't make one of our requests work to let us know they found a solution. That was really great customer service in my view. Handy to trains and buses, but just a bit far beyond the city center. However, the positive is a quiet stay.”

“Room was a good size but somewhat outdated. USB chargers did not work, although the hotel did offer me extra adapters to use in exchange. Bathroom was small and there was no hair dryer. Overall good value for the price and a good location just a bit dated in appearance.”
