“I wouldn't give it a star if I could. Extremely bad experience, the hotel was closed during the Christmas holidays without any notice to the customers who had booked rooms in November, when we arrived on a late night flight all we saw was a note on the door saying that all orders had been forcibly transferred to another hotel in a very poor environment and that the receptionist at this hotel had a very bad attitude and "explained" to us "they don't have any problems because they are on holiday" and in a very condescending tone refused to help us with our problem”

“The hotel is fine and breakfast has good selection but take into account the 160kr surcharge for the shuttle bus to get there and I only had cold water in the shower in the morning. The front desk rep was unphased by this complaint and simply said others had reported the same. I'll certainly not be staying here again.”
