“Not clean. Loud at night. Small rooms. Extremely inexperienced staff. Concierge would respond 4-8 hours later for a reservation request. We were late for flight because they forgot our skis and had to find them so we could leave. No one to help with luggage when leaving while elevator was broken. If they weren’t ski in they would be out of business.”

“I would have liked to give more stars to this place. We were here for some skiing and the location was perfect and the hotel was very nice and well kept. However, it was one issue after the next. Sink leaked, hair dryer was broken, elevator broke, and then the hot water went out after a long day of skiing. With that being said the hotel did comp us a free meal and the staff was very helpful. I hope this was a onetime series of unfortunate events because otherwise the hotel was wonderful”
