“Hyatt staff is unable to cancel or change reservations. I called to cancel one night of my reservation, they transferred me to central reservations where I waited 2 hours on hold. The central reservation employee told me I had to speak with the hotel front desk to cancel and transferred me back. The front desk staff were rude and refused to help me. They recommended I email a manager who was not working to cancel my reservation. I will not stay at Hyatt ever again. Hyatt's customer service is horrible.”
