“We stayed 4 nights in this amazing hotel! The Bosphorus view was breathtaking, the room was spotless clean and the bed was very comfortable. The service was very good, laundry service was good too. I was working remotely during my stay and the lobby was always nice to come and finish my work. I recommend this place.”

“First impressions are everything. And my first impression of this hotel was not good. I had to get luggage out of cab myself. I was literally making eye contact with the person by the baggage checking machines and he stayed still. Then he finally came and took one luggage to the machine. I took the other one. Afterwards he took one inside and I took the other. That has happened at no other hotel.
Rest of the staff was great. Even the older gentleman usually by the baggage scan was very friendly and had he been the one there when I had arrived I suspect my first impression would’ve been better.
Food is very very good. I prefer living room lounge as it’s quieter and less busy than rooftop. Room service was quick as well.
Room was small but everything was very clean and comfortable.”
