“We had great experience during our stay. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel located very close to the airport, which was great since our flight was very early morning. They provide free shuttle that runs every hour and it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the airport. The rooms were clean and served perfectly for what we needed. There were not much light in the room, refrigerator worked great and kept our food fresh, beds were comfortable but pillows too hard for my liking. We had a complimentary bottle of water in the room and some toiletries. There are several restaurants and shops close if you need to do some shopping. There was a small sweet gift waiting us at the desk when we entered the room - chocolate - always nice when staff is detail oriented ) Thank you!”

“Be careful, if you're an American citizen and also a Colombian citizen then you could be charged an additional amount of money. It is not their fault but they could explain in a nice way instead of blaming us for using the Biomig. Better to stay away from this hotel.”
