“The food choices were great even during the pandemic. But the staff at the buffet were touching their faces and then common objects. Some cooks didn't even have their noses covered with masks. All guests were touching shared serving utensils. Seeing all this was making me feel nervous.
The entertainment could have been better.

La habitación fantástica, nueva (o recién remodelada) con todo el equipamiento necesario, incluyendo bar todo incluído y un jacuzzi. La comida muy buena y el open bar es realmente premium, con servicio en las área de playa y piscina.Un plus: el complejo no es muy grande, lo que facilita desplazarse sin esfuerzo entre las instalaciones.

Our 7th time at this resort, where it is the staff that are the main reason for returning. The adults section is very nice and in the Marketplace buffet, there is an amazing variety of prepared foods and 3 differing cooking stations with chefs ready to cook your choices for you. Room is clean and serviced well, the room butler Fednon is worth his weight in gold! Being honest, there are some maintenance issues around the hotel, especially the beach areas but need to weight those against the hotel closure during COVID and you can see the workers now starting to attend to the areas but it's a long list to return the hotel back to its previous standards.

La experiencia en general le pondría un 6/10.Estuvimos la semana del miércoles 8 al domingo 12 de Diciembre.El hotel en general está muy bien, pero debe. Mejorar en varios aspectos para que la experiencia sea excelente y no queden sinsabores por pequeñas cosas fáciles de resolver.- El personal de recepción muy amable y cordial, ahora bien al primer día ya indiqué que el teléfono no funcionaba ( habitación 1326) y con una estadía desde miércoles a domingo nunca se arregló. Esto provoca que una noche me quede fuera de la habitación y mi pareja sin poder comunicar desde la misma que venga alguien a ayudarnos.- El restaurante Market Place :10/10 excelente todo la comida muy buena y la decoración muy acorde a temporada. - Ahora bien los restaurantes de reserva…. 3/10 solo se salvan por lo amable de los empleados.¿Cómo es posible que un restaurante que se haga llamar mediterráneo te ofrezcan un “ arroz negro con calamares” y el mismo sea un arroz blanco pasado por tinta negra y calamares a la Romana … al preguntar nos indican que es la receta que le mandan desde España ( 😤). Que mezclen aceite de oliva con vinagre de Modena y encima le rallen queso para untar el pan.. ( en que parte de España se come eso así ..!?).Si ponen una reserva a las 21:30 es que el personal estará pendiente y activo, no es de recibo escuchar: ah por fin se fueron ! ( si incluso nos saltamos el dichoso arroz 😕) - Pedir una Coca Cola parecía un sacrilegio, nunca había y se tardaba mucho.- El personal que ofrece servicios, eventos, membresias …debe mejorar las técnicas de ventas.. no es mejor dar voucher o tickets de descuentos si haces tal o cual acción ..? Todo el que vaya con ese voucher ya sabéis que esta mínimamente interesado. En vez de “acosar” a la gente que busca paz en un hotel ( si quiero oír ofertas me voy al mercado).Las piscinas muy buenas y salvo estos detalles, la estadía es agradable. Espero mejoren tanto en infraestructuras como en bajar un poco la intensidad de ventas.

So we got a bargain price of $80 a night. The resort is actually really nice & I feel has been up-kept pretty well. However the drinks are just awful & I feel are the lowest quality. I’m normally not fussy but I guess being in the hospitality industry - from the white wine to the margaritas, personally undrinkable even though they’re free & will do major damage on your body with all the chemicals. There is more or less nothing happening in the evening for entertainment. 3 mid 30 year olds couldn’t find anything for us to do all evening. I forget that the whole point of an all inclusive doesn’t involve the best quality, but I’d rather have paid for a meal but reservations are needed a day in advance. I personally couldn’t stay for a package holiday for a week but each to their own

The butler Delhi’s Santos was aware of everything we needed, and even prepared a surprise since we were on Honeymoon. The employees are extremely friendly and attentive to everything.

The property is nice but the food is something to get use to. The prime membership guys are not to be trusted. One guy Jean Jacques took us out into town to get lower cost cigars and mamajauana. We paid $130.00 american and my bottle tasted like medicine but my cousins bottle was fine. I contacted him to make it right, but he blew me off. Be careful of who you trust. The hotel staff is excellent. Johnathan, Nilo, and Rosa provided outstanding service. I would revisit based on their performance.

Overall it was pretty fun. I was mainly upset thay I paid extra for a jacuzzi room but it was broken. We talked to representative 3x & each time they were like it was okay. But each time..the Jets blew out of the tub, even they seen it But was like, it's fine.. Although it was still "working" because the covers were coming of the Jets black debri was in the water. But they said because it was technically still turning, it was okay. Also, are inside desh was Riddle with small bugs similar to any but smaller, maybe termites. I noticed it the first day and cleaned it with my purely wipes but the jet time I looked, my paperwork was covered with them again. Staff was definitely nice tho, just up keep was not the greatest.

I had a great time at the resort. It was a relaxing, yet fun environment. Being less than a minute walk to the beach definitely added some points here!
The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Manuel (Botley) who went above and beyond in all his services. He had a friendly and energetic vibe, assisted with all questions, and was always available for anything I needed.
I'll be coming back to this resort in the future.

Este hotel está sobre valorados aparte la atención es de muy mal gusto me quede toquiada en el baño con una de mis dos bebe y la otras se quedo fuera llorando por poco me le da algo de tanto llorar yo pido ayuda ayuda y le doy bien duro a la puerta para ver si alguien pasa y me puede ayudar hay una del servicio que está a una habitación y ella por tener el los auriculares puesto no escucho la suerte a Dios que la otras chica de limpieza que estaba en el segundo piso me puedo ayudar pero no reconociendo esto para nada la cerradura están oxidada rota la habitación está en muy mal estado la almohada huelen a mojo el parqueo limitado eh Ivón muchas veces a punta cana y este hotel me a decepcionado por completo no valla a este hotel son súper in’s responsables boy a recepción y no me hicieron caso boy a servicio al cliente y me dice el señor que los espere afuera y no me atendió aún los estoy esperando 🤦🏽♀️ Yo espero que no me respondan para darme su estupida disculpa donde quiera que valla voy hablar de esto que me pasó para que no vallan a ese hotel los Peor de punta cana se llama be live collectionMi peor experiencia fue esta y si tengo foto y video del mal servicio con nombre y rostrosy de la cerradura por si la quiere también 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

La verdad si pudiera ponerle 0 estrellas a este hotel lo haría. Desde el primer momento que llegamos nos atendieron muy mal, esperamos en el lobby más de dos horas las habitaciones, mientras que yo tenía un examen importante y no me daban acceso al wifi, ni a un lugar tranquilo. A mi amiga le robaron su dinero en efectivo y la tarjeta de crédito, mi valija tenía todos los bolsillos abiertos y mi ropa apareció revuelta. Otra habitación de nuestras amigas tuvo filtraciones de agua que mojaron las camas y no pudieron dormir. Nos han querido dejar durmiendo en el pasillo porque hubo un problema con nuestro agente de viajes que la reserva estaba equivocada, nos dijeron que nos teníamos que ir. La mayoría del personal es maleducada, no saluda, tuvimos que pedir agua y café en el desayuno más de 7 veces. El sistema de reservas a los restaurantes es del año 1000, teniendo que reservar personalmente, llegas a las 8 am y ya no queda lugar para ninguno. Ha sido la peor experiencia en hoteles que tuve. No pienso volver nunca más, ni recomendarlo. La hemos pasado horrible desde el primer momento.

Jamais voltaria, local onde "all inclusive" não é tudo incluso, a maioria das bebidas, comidas e locais são apenas para os "vips", o frigobar no quarto fica apenas com 2 cervejas, precisa ficar pedindo para repor e elas vem quentes, sempre falta toalha, muitos trabalham com má vontade...

A limpeza deixa a desejar, o quarto que ficamos muito feio e estávamos em lua de melos restaurantes vivem fechados e o único que é aberto todos dias a comida é ruim, a maioria dos funcionários mau educados, não tem organização e a praia é escura igual um rio, pelo valor que pagamos não compensou, não voltaremos mais!Resumindo para quem quer conhecer punta cana escolha um resort melhor! Estou tendo ótimas experiências, estou na parte Adulta Only. Meu quarto é magnífico, enorme, excelente cama, climatizador (ar condicionado) e ótima estrutura. Único detalhe porém não relevante é a qualidade da hidromassagem, poderia ser melhor mas nada que atrapalhe a experiência.A comida é do market é excelente, a do Windows não tanto, as atrações poderiam ser um pouco melhor mas é satisfatório.A comida nos restaurantes especializados poderia ser um pouco melhor mas é satisfatório.O atendimento é maravilhoso, a maioria esmagadora dos funcionários são agradáveis, gentis e sorridentes. Estão sempre interagindo e fazendo sentirmos especiais.Obrigado pelas férias! Tenho mais dia dias e sem dúvidas voltarei.

Excelente!!! Funcionários super atenciosos, ambiente limpo e agradável e boa alimentação: Apenas uma observação; apesar da alimentação ser muito boa, o cardápio repete todos os dias no café da manhã, almoço e jantar! Aproveito pra deixar um agradecimento especial a Sra. Raquel do bar ao lado do restaurante Windows, que nos atendeu com muita atenção e carinho!

I just returned home from Be Live Collection Adults Only Punta Cana a couple days ago and I have to say that it was the most amazing experience. The view from our room was breathtaking, food was delicious and the resort was lovely. The staff at this hotel is incredible. Reimy, our receptionist was so helpful and friendly, he went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. Edgar our butler took great care of us, he even booked our a la carte reservations when we forgot. Aurora our housekeeper was so cheerful and made swans on our bed with our towels and always made sure our fridge was stocked. Martin, served us cappuccinos every morning, he remembered us from day one. Everybody there made us feel at home and really exceeded our expectations in every way. I’ve never had a better experience at any all inclusive resort. I can’t wait to return!

Pretty good. Very good scenery, nice friendly staff who are always willing to assist and they ensure you are ok. I really liked that they care. All the restaurants are not opened as yet. So, we had to do the buffet which will get to you after the third day. Other restaurants like the Steak house and Lobster house have to be reserve. The Mexican restaurant was really great I did enjoy that a lot. Overall it was a nice experience.

Fui hace 5 años y estuvo bien, pero volví a ir este año y está todo muy dejado y deteriorado. El servicio en general mal, no te ayudan. LO MEJOR, CON DIFERENCIA, ES EL CAMARERO DE LA PISCINA SERGIO, fue por El por lo que volví, siempre con alegría y muy divertido. El resto bastante bajo para lo que tendría que ser. Necesita muchas reformas el hotel y mejor servicio y atención al cliente.

Os quartos com falta de limpeza e manutenção, cheiro a mofo e humidade nas paredes e cortinados, tivemos que mudar de quarto. Piscina nojenta, cheia de cabelos e bichos, funcionarios pouco simpáticos. Animação quase nenhuma... Varios restaurantes fechados, a comida era sempre a mesma.

El Resort está sobre valorado. Ha sido mi cuarto viaje a Punta Cana y la verdad es que me voy muy decepcionado del hotel. Tiene una serie de deficiencias que se subsanan con solo un mantenimiento adecuado y estoy convencido que el director del hotel sabe de qué estoy hablando. Hay zonas que se solucionaban con una mano de pintura. Hay zonas con cables colgando que los pájaros ha hecho nidos en ellos. Las mesas cojean casi todas. Cuando encontrabas alguna que no lo hacía te sorprendías. Y lo peor el agua de la playa, llena de algas que no se limpiaban y que se podrían, haciendo imposible poderse bañar en ella y sin poder utilizar las actividades acuáticas.En resumen, el hotel necesita una reforma a fondo, porque con un mantenimiento adecuado se mejora la satisfacción. Y sobre todo, el reclamo de Punta Cana son sus playa y si no se pueden utilizar, el desengaño es enorme.

Great food and fun place. Clean and attractive hotel. There are people selling stuff in the beach which affects your calm and enjoyment. Front desk could improve as we payed for a service that was not provided. Fortunately this was resolved. The transport to and from the airport was confusing; this should improve.

No cumple todo lo que indica en el prospecto. Por ejemplo la playa estaba inaccesible,llena de algas las dos semanas que estuve. Los restaurantes sólo están abiertos para las cenas.Hay que reservar turno en los restaurantes un día antes y a lo sumo hay uno o dos abiertos. Las excursiones que ofrecen desde el propio hotel, cuestan el doble que si se contratan fuera y el servicio es idéntico. En lo positivo,es muy económico,quizás por el precio no se puede pedir más. Recomiendo contratar zona vip,es más exclusiva y si no se es demasiado sibarita, puede valer la pena.

The layout of Be Live is great, but the service and operations are terrible. Worst I've ever witnessed.You start your stay to learn that you can't schedule any dinners for the first 2 nights. First, they don't mention this at check in. When inquiring about dinner, they'll say it needs to be scheduled during breakfast, and you can't reserve dinner for that night. So the 2nd day you go to reserve a table at breakfast, only to learn it's for the following night (day 3).Then, you try going to the beach (I was here in June), it's completely filled with dead seaweed. Meaning, I did not once swim in the ocean here, because you simply cannot. They don't mention this to you at check in either.For room service, they don't restock the mini fridge like they say they would. We also lost power twice during our stay (couple hours each time).The buffet area for breakfast is a horrible environment. The food is mediocre, and would be okay, but each day is a struggle. They do not maintain the tables, meaning, even if it's only 30% full, the other 70% of empty tables will be filthy with no silverware. I actually had to ask where the cleaning supplies were to clean a table for myself, the tables sit dirty for hours.Many of the employees act as if they don't want to interact with you, and seem to be quite frustrated if you ask them a question. If you ask something outside of an employee's specific role, they won't have any answer for you. I will say, there are a select 2 or 3 employees I encountered that were great, but not the rest.The all inclusive drinks are terrible tasting, only good for maybe college kids, unless you want to drink the local beer (similar to Miller lite). I actually had to leave the resort to buy my own booze, as they don't offer any "premium" drinks on the menu.They offer free wifi, but it's very slow. Only works on part of the premises, so will be very spotty. Videos cannot be played, can only perform basic operations.Music played is very random as well, I listened to so much Christmas Music in the main buffet area (in June), which just made me laugh at this point.Bottom line, the resort is beautiful (minus the beach), but don't expect good service. Customer experience is not a priority here. If you ignore the beach, the employees, the inclusives, and keep to yourself at the pool, it's not so bad... but only in that circumstance.Shout out to Anthony, he serves at the beach/pool, and restaurants... he does a fantastic job, is very attentative, proactive, and takes care of the customers.

La verdad que las instalaciones del hotel están muy mal , y es una pena por que es un lugar bonito y la comida es muy repetitiva casi siempre había lo mismo y no de muy buena calidad menos mal gracias a sacaria encargo del bufé en el markeque nos hicieron una comida solo para nuestro grupo ya que todo el tiempo que estábamos ahí nunca había terneray nos quejamos y el hizo un buen trabajo y nos preparo una mesa para 10 muy linda .

I am still shocked. What was meant to be a fantastic getaway, turned out to be a nightmare. I flew 30 hours to get to the resort. Booking.com made it look like paradise, modern and chic, But it was absolutely the opposite. It is rated 5 stars with a 8.5 score, in reality it is not even worth a 5 score or 3 stars. The whole resort smelt so so so bad, the buffet area was extremely crowded (no social distancing whatsoever) the food was below average and the furniture was filthy and broken. Like I said, shocked beyond words.

En servicios humanos está aceptable, al contrario del buffet en la cena, no está acordé a lo que merecemos, carne de res de baja calidad, pescado en rueda sin sabor, moro no adecuado para cenar, papás salteadas media crudas, tocino frito con sabor aceite viejo en hamburguesas, papas fritas muy húmedas en aceite. Está experiencia ha Sido en mi primera noche.

En general, bien. La comida de buffet y la limpieza mejorable. Lo que fue muy desagradable fue el trato de los empleados masculinos, no porque me tratarán mal sino todo lo contrario, en algunos momentos me sentí bastante acosada al ir sola y me resulta intolerable que el propio personal de seguridad te invite a salir del hotel cuando la seguridad para el turista fuera está en duda.

The hotel is bad, the hotel are not remove the see weed. The complete hotel area smells like dead fish's. The food is not good. The rooms I would say OK. In the apartments block 2, the foundations was wet and under water. Book south side Hotel. Its better. No see weed and south side its caribic feeling

Hemos sido fieles seguidores de la cadena be live, mi familia suele visitar anualmente. Este año al ir, fue una no grata sorpresa; sin entender que el valor a la calidad no debió variar por temas relacionado con la actuar pandemia, solo el servicio adorable y gentil de sus empleados hicieron el momento agradable. Pero la habitación y algunos otros servicios no estuvieron a la altura del be live que anteriormente era. Volveré?Tendre que pensarlo

The property looked outdated. The furniture in the property was in bad condition (ripped, broken). All snack bars were either not working or closed so we had to wait until a restaurant opened to eat. There was no hot water in our room and no water at all in my mother in laws room. We tried to call the front desk to fix it but the phone was broken. Then tried to call from personal phone about 10 times & no one answered. The staff were not helpful at all, would give false information. To top it off the cleaning lady walked into our room at 9 am without knocking. We checked out after the first day and booked another resort. I absolutely do not recommend this place it looks nothing like the pictures. The ambiance is boring and sad, do not go here !!!

Beautiful premises. The staff is really nice.
I'm giving you 2 stars because you should set up people in their rooms in a different way.
Families with kids should be in the same building or floor and the party people mostly the one from your own country should be separated. I'm not being discriminating, they are extremely loud. We went for 4 days and the entire night every night they were running, screaming, singing with loud music and probably drunk. One of those nights the people next door were making out with music at max at midnight. I called the front desk, no one answered so I had to go directly and they sent a security guard, they stopped, when the guard left they started all over again.
It's ok to be loud but not at 1 am when people specially families are trying to rest. Keep in mind no everyone comes to party.

- when we checked in electricity in our room didn’t work, I called reception but nobody cared and I waited ~30 minutes for someone to come and fix it.
- we had no soap and bath gel in our room..
- our toilet was broken - it leaked and made awful sounds
- bartenders were not respectful and sometimes didn’t even care to talk to us in English. Quality of cocktails isn’t good..
- giving 2 stars only because food was nice with great selection of fruits

Estuve allí la semana del 21 de enero 2021 y ha sido una experiencia maravillosa e inolvidable. Las medidas de seguridad covid 19 están por todos lados, alcohol gel, desinfección, uso de mascarilla en áreas comunes super bien. Quiero dejar mención especial a Moana del Kids club, a Candy de animación,y a Elisandra recepcionista en el comedor del marketplace, por su amabilidad, carisma y excelente trato!!! Un amor de mujeres. Solo quiero hacer énfasis en el cuidado con los mosquitos en las habitaciones! Hay muchos y podrían ser un problema como en el caso de mi hija que es alérgica y justo la picó en el ojito 1 mosquito. Este tema nos tuvo unas noches sin dormir, pero si pides fumigar en el hotel lo hacen sin problemas. Agradecida de la experiencia, espero volver ♡ Un abrazo desde Chile♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

Antes que nada Excelente atención de su personal. Marcelino, makenson excelentes camareros muy cercanos y con mucho mimo! Henrry en recepcion muy atento con todo, los chicos de animación super buenos me hicieron reir cada noche, gracias a todos!!!. Por el covid y la baja ocupación solo estan abriendo un restaurante cada noche para el servicio de cena pero merece la pena porque estan muy buenos... solo hay algunos detalles de mantenimiento pero nada del otro mundo.En general me ha gustado mucho... ah! la playa del hotel tenia muchas algas para mi gusto.. no se si sea la epoca del año o que llovio.

Tengo varios años visitando el Hotel, en la zona de Punta Cana, es uno de mis preferidos, creo deben mejorar el proceso de recepción, cuando hay muchos clientes se cometen muchos errores, y brindan información incorrecta, asumo que por la presión. También creo deben modernizar las habitaciones, por los menos del bloque 5, donde nos hospedamos, por todo lo demás el complejo y las atenciones son excelentes, les aseguro que lo disfrutarán mucho.

Service was great except for 1 ediot at the front desk. Food was great. The beach was seaweed at the time we were there. The room were spacious.The hotel was a bit dated. I do give them a thumbs up 👍 for staying open during this Covid-19 pandemic.

Resort is outdated as you walk in. Pool areas are nice. CONS: Check in took almost an hour, we checked in on time at 3 and reserved six hotel rooms. Had to wait for 3/6 rooms for over an hour. Front desk staff is not very friendly. Our bathroom sink was full of ants. Alcoholic beverages are watered down. Tons of seaweed in beach area. For being a private beach, should be cleaned for guests. Morris or Morrison was very rude and favorited other guests. His obnoxious snobby demeanor was tasteless and i hope he learns to treat his guest in a more respectful manner. Pros: Market place Staff super friendly. Francisco and cooks were amazing! Hence the one star. The only ones who made our trip some what fun and welcome. Unfortunately the experience was not great enough to come back.

Muy buen hotel, principalmente si te alojas en las habitaciones del adult only, pues son las mejores y los bares y piscina estan en excelentes condiciones. Los bares en esta area cuantan con bebidas premiun, es decir, que puedes degustar de una gran bariedad de whiskies, rones, vodkas, cervezas, etc. Ademas de que el moviliario de las areas de piscina y playa es sumamente elegante y comodo. Me gusto mucho el buen trato que los empleados a nivel general dispensan a los clientes. En el area de la piscina estan Frank y Elvis quienes nos dieron un trato sin igual, muchas gracias chicos son ustedes excelentes.

Só não avalio como 5 estrelas pois tivemos uma enorme decepção em nossa chegada ao hotel. Tivemos problema com nossa reserva que já estava paga a muito tempo, porém no sistema do hotel constava como cancelada. Após horas de voo, o hotel não autorizou nossa entrada e queriam que a reserva fosse paga novamente com a justificativa de que quando nosso pagamento anterior constasse no sistema, iriam nos reembolsar. Nos recusamos a pagar, tendo em vista que não tínhamos garantia alguma, já que já estávamos tendo problema com o pagamento inicial. Passaram-se horas até que nosso problema fosse solucionado e não nos ofereceram se quer uma água ou café. O funcionário Simeon não tem preparo algum para este tipo de situação, nos sentimos completamente humilhados diante daquela situação e mesmo depois de verificarem que não era erro nosso, Simeon se quer se desculpou ou tentou nos compensar de alguma forma, muito pelo contrário, apenas nos olhou com desprezo. Sobre o hotel e seu quadro de funcionários não temos nem do que reclamar, são todos MARAVILHOSOS, em especial as pessoas do entretenimento Candy, Victor e Mohana que são cheios de energia, extremamente e educados e atenciosos, fizeram da nossa lua de mel um momento incrível. Gostaria de elogiar também o maleiro Jose (Não sei se é exatamente esse o nome) por se tratar de um funcionário muito prestativo e simpático, sempre me ajudando já que eu só falo português e o mesmo entendia perfeitamente meu idioma. Os funcionários dos bares e restaurante foram sempre muito prestativos e simpáticos. Todos os funcionários são extremamente dedicados e seus esforços são admiráveis. Com certeza voltarei em breve.

The food choices were great even during the pandemic. But the staff at the buffet were touching their faces and then common objects. Some cooks didn't even have their noses covered with masks. All guests were touching shared serving utensils. Seeing all this was making me feel nervous.
The entertainment could have been better.
The rooms need updating.
The staff weren't very friendly, but worked out okay.

Love this place so much! This was our third year back, we always have Johnathon P take care of us and he was/is absolutely amazing. Johnathon made our vacation perfect! I absolutely recommend the be live adults only to everyone! - We had an amazing holiday and will totally be back this time next year for year 4 :)Also, Elizabeth, Wilson and Julio C, from the VIP buffet were amazing to us!! - These staff were extremely caring and provided amazing service.

O resort é para todos os gostos. Na piscina da entrada do resort tem atividades todos os dias. Danças, brincadeiras e competições. Tem a piscina exclusiva para adultos e outras mais afastadas para quem quer sossego. Os funcionários são muito eficientes e simpáticos. Existem vários tipos de quartos. O meu foi bem amplo, não posso falar dos outros... Tudo muito limpo. Tem vários restaurantes no Resort. O Windows não precisa fazer reserva, os outros sim. O melhor foi o Mexicano em todos os sentidos. A praia de frente do resort não era tão bonita,mas pode ser pela época, fui em julho. Mas correu tudo perfeito durante a minha estadia.

Este local esta longe de ser um HOTEL. Péssimo atendimento, staff do HOTEL não se importa com ninguém. Local é sujo, cheiro de mofo, poeira em todos os lugares. Encontramos uma lagartixa morta embaixo do travesseiro. Infraestrutura péssima, vaso sanitário tinha que arrumar pessoalmente, pois o HOTEL não arrumava. Pior lugar que fiquei, descaso total. Pessoas mal educadas.

Não tenho do que reclamar, escolhemos o Be Live pelo preço mais atrativo do pacote all inclusive. Foi uma ótima escolha para nossa lua de mel. O pacote permite escolher com ou sem crianças, gerando um ambiente mais calmo para quem quer tranquilidade. Pelo outro lado, quem tem filhos contará com uma área segura para eles brincar. Além disso, esse pacote nos permite as refeições sem filas, praia 'fechada' contra os vendedores, comida e bebida a vontade. Para quem for no pacote 'normal' encontrará grandes filas para as refeições. A praia é maravilhosa e esse hotel conta com redes para seguras as algas - algo que alguns hotéis não possuem.

As noites são animadas e todos os dias existem festas com temáticas diferentes,a tarde e noite. A equipa de animação e entretenimento são muito divertidos e educados, sabendo brincar dentro do respeito que têm e demonstram pelo seu cliente! The place is so nice and clean the room attendants are great. the service is amazing the waiter and waitresses are so kind the restaurant s are great lots of options. the bartenders are great!! The drinks are excellent. The entertainment is very good. Shout outs to the girl from the buffet that gives you the hand sanitizer was amazing she is so kind to my kids dancing with them and laughing. Simon is very excellent he brought my family out to do activities and made our day his entertainment and friendliness is outstanding we will be back soon!!

We stayed on the adult-only section and it was so peaceful. Be Live has nightly shows and their entertainment team is amazing. I'd highly recommend wearing sunscreen everyday when you enjoy their daily activities. I did water aerobics every morning. Had an Ocean facing suite and Absolutely Loved our Vacation!

I had a great experience here in Be Live Collection with the entertainment team. Never a dull moment with the crew. There’s always something to do. It is live just like the name of the hotel and if you’d like some quiet time there’s that as well. The staff was very friendly, helpful and with a smile willing to help. The food was great. “Eddy Murphy, Champagne, and Mr. Blue are the best in entertainment. Get ready to dance!!!

The Be Live resort is nice, but when I got there the check in process took 2hrs. When I got to the room it had hair and makeup they did not even clean the rooms. I was not the only one who complained about the rooms being filthy. I got switch to other room which was decent enough. The food was not that great at all. The workers don't even attend to guess I kept having to ask for things and calling the workers over, because they would straight Ignore me if I don't call to them. The beds that are on the beach will cost you $10 dollars a day, which I don't mind because it is very relaxing. The night life at the resort is GOOD!!!! Very entertaining!!!!!. Overall, my stay was okay not great. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this resort at all!!!!!!
