“Love this historic hotel. Staff is exceptional & location is perfect. Room was not fancy, but updated and very clean. AC is a MUST for us, and it worked perfectly!! We have stayed at high-end resorts up the coast at Kaanapali, which are beautiful, but we prefer staying here for the location, cost and experience. We didn't need a car, so that saved a ton of money. Can't wait to return!”

“What a beautiful historic Inn! We checked in for our 5 nights stay here during our visit to Maui and we were so graciously welcomed by Kiley. She explained the parking process to us (yes they do offer free parking!) and also all the hotel amenities and went over the map of the hotel as well as nearby restaurants and shops. Everyone at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming. The room comes with a lanai (a balcony) with two rocking chairs and a table. Rooms are clean and decent sized. They also offer room service upon request. The hotel is so conveniently located on Front Street that you can pretty much walk to most restaurants and beaches around. Their courtyard is just so dreamy and they also have an in-house talking parrot named Alex. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in West Maui on their trip.”
