“A staff barged in the room that was locked with possibly a master key and said she wanted to check of all was ok. There was no call or knock of any sort. Very low regard for privacy. Food took more than an hour to arrive. Bar was great. Room facilities are generally upto standard and view is spectacular.”

“The room was lovely. We stayed in an ocean view bure so there was more than enough room for myself and my partner. The staff are generally very friendly and hospitable. However the service was incredibly slow and very unorganized. Staff would often forget an order. There wasn’t a lot of communication on delays etc. The food was also somewhat bland. Was fine for our mandatory 3 day stay upon arrival in Fiji but wouldn’t recommend for a longer vacation. On a positive note. The 90 min massage we got by the beach was one of the best I’d ever had!”
