“It's a really good hotel. At the reception I was treated very well, the staff is very friendly. Before booking a room there, I had seen the photos of the room and the facilities. Well, the swimming pool, the gym, the bar, the lobby were very nice and cozy. Great breakfast, there were so many option that I couldn't make up my mind on what to eat. About the room itself, well I must say that I expected more. I mean, it was not as big as I thought. And also the tv was too old. The bed was really comfortable though. The bathroom was good. I'd stay there again if the price was reduced a little bit.”

“Before this stay, this place was fabulous. Unfortunately, during this stay, I am paying for the most expensive room they have (over $400/night) and just found out they want to charge me for a freaking coffee pod. The "Kitchen Manager" said she only allows for one free pod a day...unbelievable. I can't have 2 cups of coffee in the morning without charge in their most expensive suite. I have 4 more trips planned here and will now be finding a new place to stay. This is not a way to treat loyalty customers.”
