“Excelente desayuno y habitaciones muy cómodas”

“Room 310, smelled horrible of smoke. Tiny room. There was a dirty pair of womens underwear that I kicked out on the balcony. I immediately called front desk, asked for my room to be cleaned or to be moved. No one came until next morning, we got there late so maybe no housekeeping. Came back after cleaned and freaking nasty underwear are still on the balcony. So whatever lady left in a hurry your Maroon undies are probably still on the balcony. The chairs were even placed against balcony so they went out there and saw them…. It was the entire reason I wanted my room cleaned again. Smh lesson learned trying to be cheap but for an extra 20-40 a night I could have stayed at a 4-5 star, literally. This room is worth $50 not $125”
