“Os atendentes do telefone foram excelentes profissionais, (Rafael e Luisa). Reservei dois quartos, e especifiquei que um era para o meu namorado e eu (casal), e um para minha sogra e a amiga dela(solteiro). Ao chegar fiz o check in e fomos almoçar, esperamos na fila para apenas pegar a chave 45 minutos, saímos correndo pro nosso evento atrasados, e ao chegar nos quartos eles ainda trocaram os quartos. Quando chegamos do evento as 1:30 da madrugada, juntamos nossas coisas pra trocar de quarto e nosso cartão não ia para o andar delas. Perguntamos ao recepcionista como faríamos pra trocar de quarto, ele disse que era pra gente ligar pra elas e resolver. Elas tiveram que descer até o térreo para trocarmos as chaves e o quarto. Péssima primeira impressão e experiência.”

“Couldn't sleep well. Guests were making a lot of noise almost during all night (screams, talking loudly, singing, walking, etc...). Restroom light was defective so we had to use it with a flashlight. Restroom door knob fell to the ground and I had a hard time trying to put it back and open the door. Super small rooms with no hangers or drawers for clothes.”
